In the lower green part of Moraira, within short walking distance from several beautiful beaches, city center, bars and nice restaurants, you will find our stylish Boutique Villa Moraira.

This tranquillo Boutique Villa is situated on a beautyful completely privat flat plot with own green trees for parking and an electronic wooden gate. Over a distance of almost 100 meter suburb panoramic valley views towards the sea.

The Villa holds only one level on a 100% flat plot, with 4 separate bedrooms, 2 great utilised kitchens, 2,5 bathroom (incl. hot/cold outside shower). The bedrooms have new large boxspring super king beds.

The complete gated area is built in Ibiza style; large garden, a new private heated pool 13 x 3m with lounge part and new fixed modern jacuzzi. Nice pool area with beds and seats.

For cooking there is a kitchen inside but also outside a large kitchen including a fridge. The inside kitchen is new and modern with Bora cooking plate, Quooker tap, modern oven/ magnetron.

On the flat plot there are several cosy seats with (large) naja's situated with fast inside and outside network for WIFI. Also a TV with more then 100 TV channels in all languages is available.

Everything you would wish for a great holiday or extended weekend.

Kids can walk easily to the beach themselves, no car needed for that. The shortest way walking to one of our sandy beaches is approx. 15 minutes (1 or 2 minute by car, easy parking at the beach under the trees).

Moraira is great for golf, biking, walking, beachlife, restaurants, padel. Nice cities like Valencia, Altea, Alicante are closeby.

I am a frequent traveler myself. I worked a lot in foreign countries. We created a spot with Boutique Villa Moraira to feel directly at home. It is very close to several sandy beaches, cousy shopping streets, a modern harbor, weekly markets and hip and trendy restaurants/ bars.

Why they chose this property

The detached Villa is built on a rare large complet FLAT plot with lots of natural green, real grass. It is at short walking distance to the Med Sea (1 or 2 minutes by car).

Moraira has more than 330 sunny days per year, it has a very healthy climate. No mass tourism, no high buildings but all privat houses in the hills. The little fishing village is not too big but aslo not too small for very modern terraces, beaches, harbor, nice shopping streets, live music. You will feel at home very quick.
