The Mas de la Petite Jeanne estate offers this 85m² detached house on 800m² of land in addition to the two apartments located in an old stone Mas at the foot of the medieval village of Grimaud in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
The estate is located 1.5 km from the center of the village of Grimaud, 3 km from the beaches of Port-Grimaud and its lakeside town and 10 km from Saint-Tropez. You will have in this air-conditioned house all modern comforts: free wifi, satellite TV with international channels, a bedroom with a 160cm wide bed with its shower room and toilets, a bedroom with two 90cm wide beds with its shower room, guest toilet, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, washer dryer, large shaded and furnished terraces, electric barbecue / plancha, parking on field. In winter you can have the fireplace. Wood is at your disposal.
