Villa Joel wonderful villa by the sea with swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of the fabulous white fountain totally renovated with taste and refinement, with new furnishings. The first floor consists of three double bedrooms with TV, two complete bathrooms with shower and a large kitchen living room with a large panoramic balcony overlooking the sea, on the ground floor a large kitchen living room with bathroom complete with shower and a large glass veranda with double sofa beds with TV, a beautiful well-kept garden with a beautiful swimming pool. The structure is equipped with an external thermal shower, with a large internal car park. The villa is very close to all amenities; bar, bakery, supermarket, ice cream shop, tobacconist, newsagent, pizzeria everything you need for a holiday of relaxation and fun, we are waiting for you.

Great modern villa close to beaches, shop, cafe and a few restaurants. The pool was great for the kids but not suitable for jumping in! We loved this villa it had everything we needed the beds were comfortable and the pool table was a bonus. The hosts were great and when we arrived were greeted with lovely flowers Prosecco milk, water a cake and beers and provided us with a list of the best places and restaurants .There is a beach around 7 mins walk which had a lot of seaweed but if you walk a bit further down there is one which is sandy and crystal clear water with a few beach bars/ restaurants. We had a great time here

Nice welcome, but the longer we stayed the more problems. First, the pool was not ready. We were not allowed to use the pool, it was not cleaned. Secondly, 2 children had to sleep on sofa;, dish washer was full of (clean) dishes when we arrived. Even though check out time was 10 am, we were supposed to check out at 0900, we refused. Finally, the owner asked us to take the carbage with us.

Egregio signore le volevo comunicare che quando lei é arrivato in sicilia c'era l'alluvione tanto che lei ha avuto delle difficoltà enormi a raggiungere la struttura causa maltempo perciò la piscina non era utilizzabile:La descrizione della villa è evidenziata sul sito dove si evince i posti letto nella fattispecie tre camere da letto matrimoniali con tv due bagni completi e due divani letto matrimoniali, perciò loro essendo 4 adulti e 4 bambini io penso di essere stato corretto,per quanto concerne la spazzatura è un obbligo del cliente buttarla negli appositi cassonetti ed il cliente dichiara il falso perché nonostante il cech-out fosse per le 9 da regolamento e andato via alle 10.30.Egregio signore lei ha trovato la lavastoviglie con piatti e bicchieri puliti per dimostrarle che tutto era sterilizzato.

Modernt hus med mycket trevligt värdpar. Hjälpte till med tips om sevärdheter och restauranger m.m. Huset ligger i lugnt område och nära till stranden. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Ci siamo stati in ottobre con la mia famiglia e la mia piccola nipotina in una settimana di tempo abbastanza bello . Abbiamo fatto anche dei bagni. La casa è molto bella, completamente rinnovata e piena di luci, molto ben posizionata e vicinissima al mare. Gli spazi sono abbastanza ampi e c'è anche una bella piscina in pietra naturale ( in verità causa il tempo e soprattutto la vicinanza del mare non l'abbiamo utilizzata molto). Il titolare è molto gentile ed attento. Rispetto ad altre case è ben fornita di alimentari di base( olio, pasta etc...).Alla fine siamo stati molto soddisfatti

A little paradise

Favolosa sia la proprietà che il proprietario persona seria distinta e cordiale.

Io e I miei amici ci siamo rilassati e divertiti tantissimo, casa davvero confortevole e piscina eccezionale, e grande cena (barbecue) con un ottimo tramonto in giardino. auguro a tutti un soggiorno in questa villa, non potevamo desiderare di meglio. A presto
