This Barn conversion is located in the village of Gunwalloe on the Lizard Peninsula and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Barn at Gunwalloe is a delightful stone barn converted to provide comfortable holiday accommodation and has amazing views over the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeping up to four guests, there are two bedrooms, a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a double on the first floor and has one family bathroom. The kitchen is light and bright with a large picture window and dining table on the ground floor with the living room on the first floor to fully appreciate the view. Outside there is an enclosed garden and patio, parking for one car and a garage.For guests seeking wonderful views, exposed cliff tops and a quite location or a beach holiday, the Barn would make a fine choice for a family or small group of friends.
Amenities: Night storage heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV. Electricity inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off road parking. Lawned garden with patio. Sea views. Cot and stairgate available. One well behaved pet welcome - £30.00 per week. No smoking. Pub within 100 metres. WI-FI included. Gunwalloe is near to Mullion which is a large village on the Lizard Peninsula, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain. The village is home to a selection of popular restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a pretty working harbour. Helston is a pleasant, busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival
