The property also includes a private naturalistic trail among the forest (1 km and some break areas with seats and tables ) where it is possible to make trekking, jogging and mountain biking. In the bargain there’s plenty to do in the area: Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, The Sibillini Mountain National Park and the beach of Riviera delle Palme are all within easy reach in about 30 minutes.
