Positiv bewerten kann man sicherlich den Meerblick...

Positiv bewerten kann man sicherlich den Meerblick und die Strandnähe. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr dunkel, da nur eine Fensterfront vorhanden ist. Wer es etwas heller mag, sollte dies berücksichtigen. Die Wohnung ist auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings für reguläre 134€ am Tag in der Vorsaision ist noch Luft nach oben. Für den Preis muss dann auch alles passen. Die Gebrauchsgegenstände (Bettzeug, Geschirr, Sitzgelegenheiten u.s.w.) waren schon sehr gut benutzt, was einen Austausch rechtfertigen würde. Man sollte auch bedenken, mit einem sportlichen Auto besteht die Gefahr, das man bei der Auffahrt hängen bleibt. Leider war auch der Strand und das Wasser dermaßen verschmutzt, dass man nicht einmal baden konnte. Die Hausherrin haben wir auch nur einmal gesehen, um uns die Bankdaten mitzuteilen. Die typische kroatische Gastfreundschaft haben wir vermisst.

Wir waren mit allem absolut zufrieden - die Hausherrin, eine super liebe Person, sie hatte sehr hilfreiche Infos zu unserem Aufenthalt - wir fühlten uns auch an dem einen Regentag hier auf jeden Fall wohl! Der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt - von unserer Terrasse hatten wir einen teilweisen Blick direkt aufs Meer - und das Gelände lässt keine Wünsche offen - kilometerweite Möglichkeiten die Küste abzuwandern - einfach nur schön!! Wir kommen wieder!!

This apartment was very comfortable for 4 people, and in a great location to walk to the beach. There was free parking and a nice outdoor area with a grill. So I would highly recommend the apartment. The check in process, however, was not good. I booked this apartment through vrbo, which normally urges travelers never to deal outside the platform with exchanging money or phone number for security reasons. But this interaction was completely outside the platform once I booked the apartment. I got a confirmation from vrbo that I had booked the apartment, then following got an email from Adriatic saying that they still needed to confirm the booking. This is very confusing. Luckily my booking was confirm again thru Adriatic. Then had to pay 1/2 by credit card to Adriatic, who was listed as the host on vrbo. But then I had to pay the "owner" 1/2 in cash upon arrival. This didn't feel very secure and I was confused why there was a host AND owner and why I couldn't pay for everything thru Adriatic by card and they could settle up with the Owner, as this is their arrangement to partner. I was also expected to print the voucher that the owner would sign as a receipt for my cash payment, but we were traveling when I booked this place, so I had no access to print anything and found this to be very inconvenient. This could be be made much easier for travelers if Adriatic would just collect the full payment as they are acting as "host". For check in I followed instructions from Adriatic to text my arrival time, and never got any confirmation. I showed up at the property and found no one there to let us in. Luckily it was during working hours and I was able to reach someone at Adriatic who helped me contact the owner and I was let in very soon after by a young girl who said that her mother was the owner. I had assumed Adriatic was collecting the full payment, which was my mistake, so I didn't pay the owner's daughter when I checked in. The next day, the owner's son stopped by to collect payment. I tried contacting Adriatic to confirm if this was correct this using 3 different numbers (one the owner's son gave me, one I had used the previous day, and one on the Adriatic paperwork) all 3 numbers dialed and then I was disconnected. I never got thru to Adriatic. Thru text the owner explained that the voucher was meant to be printed as a receipt for the cash payment and she offered to write a note to serve as a receipt since I couldn't print. Overall, I found the process for booking this apartment very confusing - I dealt with Adriatic, the owner, the daughter and the son. This is why I book through vrbo, so that I have a smooth, secure and easy booking and communication, but that is not how this went and I am disappointed that vrbo allows this type of interaction to happen on its platform.

Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen, nur wenige Met...

Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen, nur wenige Meter zu einem traumhaften und sehr gepflegten weitläufigen Strand. Das Appartment ist ansprechend und zweckmäßig und komfortabel ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine), Das Haus steht in 2 Reihe, eröffnet aber dennnoch verschieden Blickachsen auf´s Meer. Im Garten befindet sich eine gemütliche Grillstelle. Ein kleiner Keller ermöglich zusätzlich das Abstellen von Fahrräden - 2 halt der Vermieter vor -, oder von Badeutensilien. Die Stadt Rovinje ist in wenigen Automiten erreichbar, ebenso wie viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Istrien gut von hieraus ereichbar sind. Verschiedenste Restaurants sowie ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind in wenigen 100 Meter Entferneung. Für ausgefallenere Wünsche muss man nach Rovinj. Die Vermieterin spricht fließend Englisch und ist sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :) :) :) :) :)
