Beautiful Nantucket rental with 5 bedrooms/5.5 bathrooms and the capacity to sleep 10. The main room has ample seating, big screen TV, open kitchen, large dining table that seats 14. Off the main room on the first floor is a quiet den for reading or enjoying a tv show, 1/2 bathroom. The Main room opens to a large deck with additional seating and a outdoor dining table for after beach drinks and dinner. The upstairs is complete with three en-suite bedrooms; two masters with kings and a room with two queen beds.
The basement is furnished with a media room, full wet bar with beverage center, queen room and a bunk room (4 bunks) for additional sleeping. The queen has its own bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hallway.

The owners are comprised of a family that has been coming to Nantucket their entire lives. The family recently built this house with top of the line finishes to enjoy Nantucket for many years to come.

Why they chose this property

This property has all the bells and whistles that many of the older Nantucket houses are missing. These amenities include: 3 separate sonos locations on 1st floor, 5 big screen smart TVs, large deck with sonos to enjoy the fresh air, sub zero fridge, wolf oven and stove top, wine fridge, beverage center and ice maker.

What makes this property unique

Great location for bike path, Steps Beach, and short walk to town. Quiet location off of Cliff Road between Something Natural Sandwich Shop and The Westmoor Club.
