About this property

Spacious apartment with garden in a quiet area, close to the sea and shops

The big apartment is located in a land-roof house in a quiet, residential area just near the historic center of San Terenzo. The residential area is very quiet. Our apartment is ideal for one or two families. We have: one full equipped kitchen, diningroom, 2 bathrooms with washing maschine, 2 doublebedrooms, 1 singlebedroom with 2 singlebeds and in the mansarde (with air condition): three singlebeds and one doublebed (140x200) and a washbasin. Outside we have a green garden with table and chairs. Ideal for relaxing on a warm day, while the children are playing. Pets are welcome in our home. You can walk from the apartment in 10 minutes to the centre of San Terenzo to go shopping or to go to the beach without using your car. We have a private parking place directly in front of our house. Who does not want to walk can take the bus to reach easily the beaches of San Terenzo or Lerici. The bus stop is 250 m from the house.
