Shoreline Towers 3045 - free beach chair setup

Free beach setup (two chairs and an umbrella) are included free of charge in the rental from March 1st - October 31st.

Unit #3045: This open floor plan has 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms and is located in Tower 3. There are gulf views from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, and the balcony. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new cabinets and a walk-in pantry. There is new flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds. The property is located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. New washer and dryer for your convenience. Along with the free Wi-Fi, it is a guarantee for a great stay at Shoreline Towers.

Shoreline Towers is a gated resort with 24 hour security and 500 feet of private gulf front sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, a tennis court, pickleball courts, and shuffleboard. Enjoy the barbeque grills and picnic area overlooking the lake.

Great restaurants, grocery stores and even a Target are within walking distance. Destin also has great shopping including Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet, Baytown Wharf and Harborwalk .

The front gate guy in the first night was very rude in getting us checked in. Other than that everything was perfect. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. The condo stayed nice and cool, even with the rising temperatures. The patio was amazing to sit out on and just watch the rain. As long as it wasn’t blowing rain. Probably our best Destin vacation yet.

We had an amazing stay in this condo. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is just steps away and we had a partial view of the ocean from the balcony. Hosts were great with communication. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four! It had everything we needed and more. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach and close to everything Destin has to offer. The condo was clean, updated, and had stunning beach views. The included beach chair setup was such a nice bonus and made our beach days even more relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent, friendly, responsive, and helpful. Wonderful Unit!

Very neat and clean. Plenty of bath towels a d supplies. Great aroma and I loved the master suite and master bath. The price was very reasonable. The added bonus of the beach chair set was awesome. Hope to return next year.

This property is amazing! Just a few steps to the beach. The unit itself was great. Completely updated and everything worked nicely. The unit is right off of the elevator and there is a trash chute right there as well which is very convenient. There are tons of restaurants nearby as well. Definitely staying again.

Great beach trip!!

I was very impressed with the condo. I loved the open area kitchen to living room and being able to see outside from the kitchen table. The living room was also very spacious. The master bedroom and bathroom were great! They had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was so easy to work with. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

My husband and I have been vacationing at Shoreline Towers since 1987. Our three children have grown up vacationing in Destin. Shoreline Towers has become a family tradition for us.

Why they chose this property

Destin has beautiful white sand beaches. We chose Shoreline Towers because the units are very spacious (1430 sq ft for a 2 bedroom unit). The complex boasts 15 acres and you feel like you are in your own world when you are on the property. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop etc.
