About this property

Pelican Beach resort is a family friendly complex! Voted the #2 best beach in Florida! by southern Living Magazine. Not surprisingly, the water is an awesome blue green color that the gulf is famous for. My condo, 'BABS BEACH' Condo, is a premium condo on the 11th floor. What a fabulous view!. Tile floors throughout. you can have your morning coffee on the balcony and look at the sugar white sandy beach and the brilliant aquamarine water. See the sunrise, watch the dolphin play, see pelicans dive, and the manatee swim. At night, look left and see the colored lights of the city of Destin. This condo has the best views in Destin.

Two bedrooms, both with private baths. Master has a king bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have private baths. Master bedroom has a tub/shower. Guest bedroom has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen tvs. As well as a flat screen tv in the living area. Master bedroom has sliding screen doors to the balcony. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean! The updated kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring the chef! The dining area seats 6 and the two bar stools add two more quests. The loving area is quite spacious with floor length mirrors to enhance the view! the pull out couch has a queen mattress. All the comforts of home!

Arrival is easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the elevator to the 11th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your dates approaches. Don't worry about loosing your keys at the beach. For security ...no one has the code but you! The code changes with each guest and will change when you leave. So take everything when you leave. You won't be able to get back in!

Amazing location and Condo

We stayed here with our 3 young children and have nothing but amazing things to say! The condo was spotless and the host was so accommodating and responded to my questions very quickly. We loved being directly on the beach and the condo was well stocked with everything you would ever need for cooking. The location is in the heart of everything. We could even walk to ice cream, Alvin’s island and Winn Dixie. If we come back to Destin we would 100 percent book this place again. Don’t hesitate.. book now before it’s taken!

Spring Break in Destin

We had a great time in Destin and really enjoyed the condo! The views were amazing, the unit was very cozy with all the amenities, and Barbara was great with communication as well. I do just want to point out, the resort itself left a little to be desired…multiple elevators were out of order, hot tubs weren’t working on various days, the game room only had 2 games when we got there… was hoping they’d have that stuff figured out for a very crowded spring break week. And we also found it to be very noisy (maybe we just had bad neighbors), but our 6 year old had some struggles with sleeping in the guest bedroom due to noise. I don’t want to hold this against the host, as it’s all out of her control, but figured it was worth mentioning as part of our experience. We would still go back, though!

Little Getaway

Great condo, perfect for 3-4 guest. There are a few things that need to be refreshed, like the fridge and dishwasher but over all, it worked perfectly!

Spring break Paradise

We were so in love with the condo! It was perfectly decorated and the location and balcony were amazing. The host communicated nicely with all things. We cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful views

The unit was tastefully decorated had all we needed! We were a little sad the timing of our trip landed us there while it was off season and the building itself was under construction and the cafe and tiki clubs were not open there was no where on the property to sit and hang out other then in your room. The weather added to the situation. We would definitely rent from our hostess’s again!
