Apartment located on a hill, excellent panoramic position on the sea, a few minutes from the famous and suggestive Calaviolina beach and places such as Follonica and Punta Ala, 2 km from the medieval castle of Scarlino, the apartment is located in a quiet area, arriving by car under the house without parking problems, well furnished and functional, free unlimited wifi, terrace equipped with table and chairs, garden, protected by a hedge to ensure the necessary privacy, has a barbecue inside a gazebo. Sunbeds are available for sunbathing and a ping-pong table is available for guests. Independent entrance.

Sehr schöne, hundgerechte Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts brauchten. Meine Frau fand den sehr großen Schlafzimmerschrank mit sehr vielen Kleiderbügeon toll. Das große Fenster im Wohnzimmer und der große, geschlossene Garten (Hund kann nicht abhauen) bieten eine super Sicht auf das Mittelmeer und die anliegenden Küstenstädte. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und es lief alles gut. Dank google Translate lief auch die Verständigung mit Tiziana gut. Ihr Mann spricht auch Englisch. Zum Einkaufen empfehlen wir den etwa 20 Auto-Minuten entfernten Lidl. Da findet man alles was man braucht. Am (Hunde-)Strand ist man in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ins Ortszentrum, mit zahlreichen kleinen Restaurants ist man in etwa 35 Minuten gelaufen. Auch sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant der Vermieter, das „Da Santarino“ in Follonica - mit 100 jährigem Bestand und leckerem Essen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Unschlagbare Aussicht auf Sonnenuntergang im Meer
Diese Ferienwohnung gehörte zu den Highlights unserer Italienurlaube. Nirgendwo sonst haben wir einen beeindruckenderen Sonnenuntergang erlebt als heir. Unterhalb des Bergstädtchens Scarlino gelegen und genau nach Westen ausgerichtet, bieten Terrasse und Garten einen grandiosen Blick aus 200 Metern Höhe auf den Golf von Piombino. Wir Flachländer waren jeden Abend aufs Neue fasziniert von diesem Ausblick und diesem Naturschauspiel. Ansonsten: Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer Wohn-/ Ferienanlage, große Auswahl an Stränden, gute Lokale, hervorragender Wein, versteckte Bergdörfer, etruskische Kultur. Genug zu entdecken für einen Urlaub, der sich nicht (nur) am Strand abspielt.
