The apartment is on the first floor of a Stucco House as seen in the Photos .
There is no lift but the staircase is very wide and easy .
There is a Double bed in one bedroom, and a kingsize bed in the master bedroom.
This property only sleeps 4 .
It is a very light and airy apartment which is south facing.
The floors are wooden through out the apartment.
There are wooden shutter 's in all rooms .
The apartment has central . heating .
There is a Nepresso machine for coffee lovers .
Dishwasher , washing machine within a fully equipped kitchen.
There is WIFi provided and a flat screen smart TV .
A hair dryer is provided .
This apartment is very close to 2 tubes
Paddington @ Lancaster Gate which are on the circle line and a 5 min to 7 min walk .
The area is very safe with no backstreets .
There are pubs a flagship Waitrose 5 min away for food shopping.
Hyde park with Kensington gardens is a must with 3 cafe /restaurants over looking the serpentine.
For those early birds 6am you will see the Guards horses being exercised. You are close to the V/A and the National being a walk through the park.
And Harrods of course being the other side of the park which of course is a great walk through the park.
You are within walking distance to most tourists attractions I highly recommend you pack your trainers and walk rather than take the tube you will see much more and it is all walkable .
Heathrow Airport is 28mins away by the New Elizabeth tube line to Paddington and then a 7 min walk to the apartment.
Westbourne grove has plenty of Resturants cafes to choose from which is close by to walk . The Famous Portobello Road Market is walkable .

Location is fantastic I have stayed in London many times and this was the best place I ever stayed. Perfect location

The flat was lovely and Susie was very responsive to all questions. The location makes it very easy to get around London. We enjoyed our stay. Guests should know there is a washing machine but no dryer (wasn’t an issue bc 2 big drying racks were provided). The WiFi was a bit slow at times but otherwise perfect.

Look No Further!

This listing is extremely accurate - it lives up to its words and photos in every regard. The owner is great to work with, communication is rapid and to the point, and the location is perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, safe and just a few short minutes walk to shopping, restaurants the tubes, trains and bus routes in two great neighborhoods.Highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay. Apartment was exactly as described, in a quiet neighborhood close to transit options. The only recommendation is to upgrade the mattress in the guest bedroom and to have a few more essentials for cooking on hand. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay in London!

My friend and I had the most amazing stay in London and this flat was the PERFECT location. It was the most beautiful neighborhood with easy access to Paddington Station(we took the tube everywhere!), Hyde Park and many nearby neighborhoods with lovely restaurants and pubs. Susie's home is so charming, well equipped and she was an amazing host. I highly recommend this property and hope to come back in the future!

A friend and I stayed at this property and it was a wonderful experience. The flat was well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay. The location is great, close to Paddington and access to the underground. Susie was a wonderful hostess, even offering to carry my bag up the stairs.

Wonderful location

We had a little over a week in this spot and wish it was more. It is close to everything you need and the flat has all you need in it. We would definitely book this spot again. If you come, don’t be afraid to try the buses. The stops are even closer than the tube and let you see the sights while getting to your destination.

A great home base for exploring London

This flat has everything you need for a place to rest your head and feet after daily adventures in London. It's about a seven minute walk to Paddington Station, which can get you to just about anywhere across the city! The flat has everything you need, a short walk to groceries and restaurants. The owner was a lovely host, full of information and support if you need it! I'd happily stay there again.

We had a good experience in Susie's place that would have been excellent if not for a few fixable issues.First, Susie is a gracious and responsive host and we benefitted immensely from her flexibility about arrival and departure times, which was deeply appreciated given international flights that don't align with the usual hotel check-in schedules and a 5 year old with little international travel experience in tow.The location of the apartment couldn't be better, easily walkable to multiple tube stations including Paddington which gets you to so many other spots in the city. The place itself is spacious and bright, and we found the beds to be quite comfortable – particularly relative to some of the other places we stayed on this trip around the UK. It did feel as though maintenance had lapsed just a bit. There was a broken handle in the kitchen and some loose doorknobs here and there. Some of the towels appeared a bit worn and dirty. The most notable issue was a pervasive smell of pickles, which best I could tell was coming from the washing machine in the kitchen, perhaps related to moisture control. And while the place generally had everything we needed for the stay, it would have been nice to have a few more extra supplies in place to avoid a trip to the Boots/Sainsbury.All that said, the relatively minor issues seem straightforward to address and were outweighed by the positives.
