Maximum capacity 4 adults + 1 small child. There are 2 bedrooms (2nd with bunk beds + 1 small bed only suitable for 1 small child), 1 full bathroom with bathtub, living-dining room, and fully equipped American kitchen.



In the Alborada Residential Complex (textile urbanisation) about 150 metres from El Playazo, with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), padel court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you will find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.



Book this apartment in Vera Playa now, where you will also have the opportunity to visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.

Muy buen alojamiento

El alojamiento está genial, la decoración es muy moderna, cuidada y limpia. La urbanización es muy familiar y tranquila. La ubicación está fenomenal. Las ventanas sólo se pueden abrir de manera oscilovatiente por lo que no se puede hacer mucha corriente, aunque con el aire acondicionado se solventa.
