The Heart of Vail Village - The Sebastian!!! A 5 Star Luxury 3BR/3BA Suite

Perfect location in the heart of Vail Village - and we mean right in the heart! Less than 10 minutes walk to ski lifts or summer mountain fun. Less than 10 minutes walk to over 20 memorable restaurants and bars. And we are a perfect location for a Vail wedding - we are just 3 minutes to the Vail Chapel on Gore Creek.

3 BR/3 BA luxury suite in The Sebastian Vail - ideal for a large family or groups of friends. The suite offers a large central living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and balcony with seating. Suite has a master bedroom with one king bed, and two guest rooms - one with two queen beds and one with one king bed. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom and flat-screen HDTV/DVD player. The couch in the family room is a fold-out bed for two. Suite offers air conditioning (not common in Vail rentals!), gas fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher and family room with with flat-screen HDTV/DVD player and iPod docking station!!

You also get access to free valet parking (underground parking for one vehicle), concierge service, recreational bicycles, a top-end fitness center, guests-only pool with 4 hot-tubs (with food & drink service). For skiers and cyclists, the Sebastian will transport your equipment from the main hotel to the Base Camp at Gondola One at the base of Vail Mountain. And don't forget The Bloom Spa, Lenora's Restaurant, room service and Frost Bar. Grappa Wines offers the best selection in the Village and is right next door. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away or take advantage of a small market right next door.

From the day we booked until the day we left, Don made sure our stay at his residence in The Sebastian was first class. You can’t beat the location in Vail Village and Don’s residence is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. To top it off, the staff at The Sebastian are extremely welcoming and accommodating. Great spot in Vail!

We spent 4 days in March. First, Ron the owner, is a pleasure to work with. Everything was as described, and we had all the right information well in advance of our arrival. The Sebastian is beautiful and the staff does a great job. If you go during ski season, the base camp is great. The concierge will take your gear when you arrive and it's waiting for you every morning, with boots heated! They even gave us a ride down to base camp on our first morning to show us where everything was located. The suite is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, each with an en suite. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen is well appointed. We took advantage of the hotubs after skiing one afternoon, there are 3 available, and there is waiter service for drinks. The only minor issue was one of the elevators was out of service, so there was a little time waiting to get up and down from our room. I will give The Sebastian credit, each afternoon they had a chacuterie board at the elevator due to the delays. All in all, a great stay and we would definitely recommend Ron and this residence.

Had another wonderful time in 118 at the Sebastian. Fully decked out kitchen, working fireplace and even had humidifiers for each bedroom. Super convenient to use Base Camp for skis and boots. Will be back yet again!
