The appliances are modern and are perfectly integrated into the design. The bedrooms are spacious and bright with double glazing. Beds are 150cm, Queen Size

From Airport or Train or bus station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, what a Taxi costs you € 30 and queues, we send you a car and we will wait, not you, We charge € 32 (the price varies depending on the car you may need). Contact us!!

Very spacious and perfectly located for shops and major city attractions. Beds very comfortable and air con worked well. (It was an extremely hot weekend!)Sadly no coffee machine and the apartment was quite dusty (a problem for my travelling companion). The apartment has a complex but efficient locking and security system but it worked well.

Very central location

The apartment was as described. Very clean and lots of space. The kitchen is not very well equipped with glasses and there was no dryer. The breaker tripped a couple of times while we were there, we are not sure why. Vehicle traffic is not allowed on the street that the apartment is on. This was very difficult for my aunt to get around.

2 night stay

More than one person was communicating with me regarding check-in. They communicated on VRBO and text so it was a little confusing where to be looking for info and both were responding separately. WiFi wasn’t easy to connect to without reaching out to host. The WiFi listed on the paper in the unit no longer existed. There were other networks to connect to but I had to reach out. The water leaked under the shower door in the guest bathroom. The toom had a lot of water on floor after my son showered. We had traveled for over 24 hours when we checked in so we were all tired. We notified the host immediately and someone stopped by. We agreed to placed a towel in the floor at the shower door to control the problem. Some water damage to the floors was evident throughout the kitchen and hallway. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Appliances all worked. After getting everything sorted with WiFi and shower water the rest of the stay was fine.

The apt was clean and perfect for our family of 4. It was close to everything, metro, plaza mayor, San Miguel market, etc. There was some confusion around our check in time and communication was happening between two people and two apps. And the wifi was hard to sort out but eventually everything worked out and we had a great visit. We did visit over Easter weekend so this meant increased crowds and noise well into the night/early morning. We used a white noise app and that worked well. I’m not sure what it’s like on a regular weekend. Overall good stay and nice apt in a great location if you want to be in the middle of it all.

Hola Almudena, me hubiera gustado haberlo sabido, hay un almacén con menaje extra por si acaso se rompen las cosas, puede que se nos haya pasado. En tu próxima visita no dejes escapar un descuento, verás que hemos mejorado :)
