Inside, you will also find a kitchen/diner, with a sitting room hosting a woodburner and a conservatory. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden to the front. Resting in a desirable setting and close to scenic attractions, Upper Highlees Farm is a lovely cottage in a desirable part of England. Note, there is some roofing work being done on a local building 8am to 4pm for July and possibly into August. Please enquire before making your booking for July/August 2022

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note, there is some roofing work being done on a local building 8am - 4pm for July and possibly into August 2022. This is excellent walking country, with the National Trust Hardcastle Crags and the Pennine Way in easy reach.
