Spectacular apartment with sea views, in front of the beach. Air conditioning, wifi, satellite TV. A luxurious living room with 58 "TV, terrace, view of the promenade. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker. Drive to a utility room with washing machine and tender area. The master bedroom overlooks the sea and promenade, has Tv on the wall and large fitted wardrobes. The toilet is complete washbasin, water, hydromassage shower, bidet. The second bedroom has two beds and wardrobe and the third bedroom has 3 beds and wardrobe. The house is located in the center of Torre de la Horadada, in the same street there is bakery, churreria, asadero, supermarket, magazines store, ice cream shop, cinema .... and 5 min walk you will reach the village square with restaurants and ice cream shops. Quiet and well located. There are places of interest near the Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar with mud and medicinal waters, leisure areas, water activities, Orihuela Costa golf courses, Zenia shopping center. The house is located 1 minute from the beach, the nearby beaches are Conde beach and port beach. Ideal if you own or rent nautical boat. We have an optional parking with individual door for 7 € / day.

Appartement idéalement situé, plage a 50 mètres et commences a la porte de l'immeuble. Tout est en parfait état, propre literie de bonne qualité. Conseil aux futurs résidents précisez bien au loueur le nombre de chambres que vous occuperez. Sinon a votre arrivée certaines chambres seront fermées a clé. José est tres réactif et vous donnera la solution pour ouvrir toutes les chambres. Maisattention si votre arrivée est tardive
