We have a NEWLY RENOVATED 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for rent in the Plantation Golf and Country Club Community in beautiful Venice Florida. Master bedroom has ensuite bath with walk-in shower and king-size bed. Second bedroom has two single beds and there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all you'll need during your stay. Condo is equipped with cable TV and internet. There is a screened in lanai to enjoy the nights and an outdoor sundeck. There is outdoor covered parking and a storage room where you can store your bikes. Condo is located close to a shopping mall and restaurants. There is a community pool complete with clubhouse just a few short steps away and don't forget the lovely beaches which are a short 10 minute drive away. You can enjoy fishing at the pier at Venice beach and the lovely biking and walking trails. Don't forget your golf clubs, there are a variety of golf courses in Venice and the surrounding area to play. Venice is the best kept secret in Southwest Florida. Perfect 2-bed condo

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great experience again. Very clean, great water pressure in the showers, lots of towels, convenient laundry in the condo. Also, kitchen is very well equipped, strong Wi-Fi, several TVs with fubo, covered parking spot. Checkin process was smooth and Tim and Andrea were very responsive. We plan to book again for our next trip if it’s open.

Wonderful stay!

This was our first time renting a place for a month. We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The neighbors were very sociable and friendly. The only concern I think should be included in the listing is that no golf privileges are given, you must be a member to play at the Plantation courses.

Excellent stay!

A repeat stay at this condo. So clean, everything we needed in kitchen supplies and more. Bed was comfy. Owner and local villa manager are are both wonderful and Very responsive. Friendly neighbors . Next year is booked for our return, and we can’t wait. Plantation neighborhood is a wonderful location for biking and walking. Thanks.

Lovely condo in beautiful Plantation

The condo was just as advertised. The owner was very easy to work with. Our family loved the nature in the neighborhood- Sand Hill Cranes came by to say hello each day and the curious squirrels were hilarious! They stare at you from outside the screened-in lanai.

Fabulous Stay!

Occasionally in our travels we come to a stay that says, "Now this is what a quality stay should be". And Tim's condo fulfills that to the max. Sparklingly clean, well appointed, quiet neighborhood, peaceful atmosphere, covered parking, comfortable beds, screened lanai, fully stocked kitchen, complimentary snacks, washer/dryer, TV, and pool access combine to create a most enjoyable stay. The host is very responsive to address any issues, and, although we did not have a need, a local property manager was available if necessary. For us, being close to nearby family was a plus. Highly recommend.

Great condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need, especially the kitchen. We loved the neighborhood and we had such a nice view of the grounds from the lanai. The pool is very close by and lovely. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you Tim!

2021 Venice Vacation

Everything was just as advertised. Very clean and very well equipped with kitchen items and beach equipment. The owner was very good to work with and they also left a very nice welcome basket of fruit and goodies! I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again in the future. Very pleased!

Home away from home

The condo was very roomy, livable and clean. We were most impressed by the well-equipped kitchen and the comfort of the king-size bed. The location was excellent and had a lovely view of open space with a short walk to an outstanding community pool. The people we met there were friendly and helpful as was the owner. It was like having a home away from home.

Excellent Choice for a Venice Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo in the Plantation complex. The cleanliness upon arrival was so impressive! The welcome basket with fruits, cheese, and nuts was an added bonus. Tim was very receptive to any questions we had regarding our stay. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked from utensils, cookware, and an impressive spice rack! Definitely would love to stay here again!

Christmas stay

Everything was just as advertised, my wife and I with 3 adult children stayed 10 days and enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were great. Nice neighborhood for daily morning walks, pleasant neighbors every time we saw them. We’ll be back!

We as a family have been vacationing in Florida for many years. We love Florida and its been our go to vacation for many years.

This property is located in the Plantation Golf and Country Club community. This is a very friendly, active community. You'll make a new friend everytime you go to the pool. There are many community activities to keep you entertained. It is close to all amenities and beaches. Community is bike friendly and is great for strolls. We are really able to unwind and relax.
