Our stay was fabulous. Our Villa was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our week stay. Rob our host was amazing. He had great communication and gave us an abundance of information about the area and restaurants. He also was very accommodating helping us with tee times in the area. The location of the Villa was ideal and easy access to everything

Superb villa

We had such a relaxing time, would recommend staying here, 10 mins walk from VDL golf course and supermarket, 15 mins downhill to the Praca, everything we needed was at the villa.

The villa is exceptional with everything you will need to make your holiday memorable. It is well placed in Vale do Lobo within walking distance of the supermarket, restaurants and sporting facilities. Rob was very responsive and provided excellent guidance on where to eat and things do which was very much appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great holiday

We had a fantastic holiday. The villa is about 30 minutes from the airport in a great location near the golf courses and 15 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. The villa is very comfortable with the added benefit of Sky Sports so we could watch the golf during the Masters weekend. A great time was had by all. Thanks.

Great Property, Great Host, Great Location

We stayed here for 2 weeks over the summer and had an excellent experience. The host was very responsive, but we found that we didn't need to contact him much after the first day or two because everything went smoothly. The place was clean, modern, well-maintained, and very pleasant.

Everything was great - the villa has a superb layout and location. It’s in excellent condition and all the equipment worked perfectly with no issues. We loved the tranquility of the garden which is also very well kept. We definitely hope to return.

Fantastic, very well equipped both inside and out. The gardens are spectacular and very well maintained. Communication with Rob before during and after was excellent. We stay in villas in this area twice a year and this is right up there with the best we’ve stayed in! Try it , it wont disappoint.

The villa is well located at the entrance to VDL near the Golf Reception and Supermarket. You are not overlooked and it felt very secluded. a couple of issues were sorted very quickly with no fuss.

We have just returned from the most amazing stay at this lovely villa. The host went above and beyond to insure we had the perfect stay, any issues or questions we had were responded to immediately. The villa its self was spacious and clean with a lovely maid that visited daily. The outside area was exceptionally nice with lovely garden furniture which was all clean and well kept. I can assure you if you book this villa you will not be disappointed.

Another incredible stay at Rob's beautiful home in Vale do Lobo. The house is perfectly located in the resort, just 10mins walk to the beach and restaurants. 5 mins walk to the gym, spa and golf. 5 mins walk to the supermarket. It's a perfect location. The outdoor area is a dream! We have such a wonderful time relaxing there with our family. Can't wait to return!

The perfect stay in Vale Do Lobo

This property is exactly what you see in the photos! It is an immaculate villa, in an ideal location. We walked to the beach most days, as well as golf and the local supermarkets and restaurants. It will be our first choice for our next stay in Vale Do Lobo. Rob was great to deal with in the lead up to our stay, very responsive and gave us lots of information, tips and recommendations. The daily maid service from Marican was a real treat, and she was so kind to our kids. 10/10

Enjoyed the stay… cleaners everyday… person on hand locally just in case… location very good. Room for improvement? Drainage needs sorting in the upstairs bedroom. Other than that all good!

Lovely Villa in the Perfect Location

I can not wait to return to this villa! From the moment I made the booking, the communication with the owner was first class. The villa is even better in the flesh and has absolutely everything you need, we were especially impressed with all the kitchen equipment. The cleaner coming everyday was unexpected but fabulous and the ladies were so friendly. We had a grocery delivery which arrived before we did and the maids put everything away for us, little touches like this really made our stay extra special. The information you receive from the owner prior to your stay means that if it is your first visit you have all the info to be organised before you arrive. We stay in this area several times a year and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. The rest of my group have all said how fabulous it was and how they would choose to stay there again too. Definitely gets a 10 out of 10 from all of us.

Lovely villa but…

The property is fantastic but and here is the issue, we only hire villas with pool heating which this did have however, when we arrived the pool was really cold, we contacted the pool manager and explained that it wasn’t heating, had he acted immediately he would have seen that the heater was broken, it wasnt sorted until near the end of the holiday which was extremely disappointing. We were refunded the pool heating money but just very annoyed as pool was just too cold. Appreciate things happen but the management of the process and delay was frustrating and our expectations werent managed as communication from property manager was poor

Unfortunately pool heating systems do from time to time have problems even when they are brand new as this one is and sometimes parts are not immediately available. The engineer and property manager was on site the same day as the problem was reported which was the second day of the guests stay. Communication could not have been clearer. I spoke to the guest as did the engineer and property manager both of whom were on site immediately. I refunded the pool heating immediately as an act of goodwill. A part was located in the North of the country and it couriered at great expense to be delivered the next day when it was fitted. The pool temperature was still 22c and was up and fully working to 30c in less than 36 hours. Hardly 3 star service and a very disappointing comment.

Perfect stay

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, fußläufig zum Strand und zum Golfplatz in einer sehr gepflegten Nachbarschaft. Der Garten und die neuen Outdoormöbel sind noch hübscher als auf den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber und wirkte wie neu. Thank you again Rob for organizing "special rate" at Vale do lobo ocean course. The sunset golf experience was amazing. And thank you for all your recommandations for restaurants and supermarkets. U&Co. was excellent and the shopping at Apolonia an (expensive) event. We had a wonderful stay.
