This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, close to Saint-Michel and its famous fountain. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a typical Parisian building, which has an elevator (20 stairs before accessing it).

It’s a renovated and fully furnished with doubleglazed windows giving onto the street. On the 3rd floor, this parisian building has a lift beginning on the first floor ( 20 stairs to access the elevator).

The apartment has two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed and the second with two single beds that can be arranged into one King bed. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom, the first bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin, a bathtub and an Italian shower and the second bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and an Italian shower.

It has a nice and spacious living room where you can find a dining table, a big and comfortable corner sofa, a beautiful fire place and a cable TV with 200 channels included (some of them in English such as CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, Sky news…).

The apartment has a separated kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, cookware, etc.).

The unit is private and self-catering. We will provide high quality linens and towels and you’ll have access to all kitchen equipment, washer, dryer, television, high-speed wifi

Among other things we offer is :

a personal on site check-in service upon arrival ;
a manual with basic information about the apartment facilities ;
a neighbourhood guide to help you know the location better ;
maintenance support throughout your stay;
cleaning with organic maintenance products;
liability and rental risk insurance

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These will involve a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.
