A three level apartment located on the top floor of this spectacular Victorian ex hotel building.
Sun terrace and all amenities 5 minute walk to Boscombe pier and lovely beach.
Very well equipped with all kitchen appliances, Fibre Broadband, Wi-Fi, Sky TV , all sports Channels and entertainment. Sonos music system in principle rooms.

Close to shopping and central Bournemouth is 1 mile along the seafront.
We welcome families with children.

This was our first visit to England and along the coast. The beach was lovely and the apartment location and all its views were perfect. The host was very responsive also. We highly recommend a stay here.

A lovely modern 3 storey apartment in a fabulous old hotel. Beautiful view from the balcony decking, great well equipped kitchen, comfy beds - just mind your head on the low beams! Great location for Boscombe beach & exploring the coastline and New Forest. No problem without a car. Highly recommended

A stunning, perfect property

Location excellent for the beach; property was clean with a suntrap balcony overlooking the sea; no problems at all. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Great Stay

Lovely flat, terrace and lounge overlooking the sea. Only a 5 min walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights with our 8y old twins in this majestic historical building. Short walk to the beach and town/shopping. The two highlights for us were: - the roof terrace with wide views of the sea for breakfast and sundowners - then retire to the top sitting room with views in both directions Highly recommended

The apartment was well situated for the beach - just outside Bournemouth, in the quieter Boscombe, but within walking distance. The view from the top floor is fantastic. An excellent range of facilities in the clean and spacious apartment as well.

Lovely spot near sandy beach

Excellent apartment which is far bigger than it looks in the picture. Plenty of space for four to spend a few days by the sea. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking and eating in. Balcony was big enough for the four of us to sit comfortably. All in all we highly recommend!

Love this apartment.

Our second time at this Boscombe apartment & we love it ! The apartment is immaculate, it’s not only fully equipped with everything you need it’s lovely & clean on arrival. The views are the best especially for a drink on the balcony or from the top lounge. Got to stay to really appreciate how nice this apartment is.

Why they chose this property

We have had this apartment as our family escape for years. It has of late been underused, so we are offering it for your break. Completely refurbished in 2016, and continuously maintained it has all you could want for a comfortable stay

What makes this property unique

The views from the balcony and lounge are fantastic. The building is Victorian and oozes grandeur and history as its past incarnation as a hotel. The flat is secure and well looked after by a housekeeper who lives in the block. There is a concierge on site .
