Family villa with private pool, children's playground and trampoline

Villa Violin is a sunny house with a sea view, situated in a quiet place on the headland Cabo de la Nao - the easternmost point of Mediterranean coast, nearby Javea - a pearl of the Costa Blanca!
The villa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable family rest. The villa has two floors, each with separate entrance and bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a "light" kitchen upstairs (kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator). An outside kitchen in the garden is an ideal place for barbecue. Children will definitely like trampoline (it suits for adults too ;)) and 30m2 private playground. Big private swimming pool has a security fence that may be closed for children protection. Sunbeds, chairs and sunshade as well as free wifi and linen are included. There is no additional hidden fees such as electricity or water.

On the ground floor:
- light living room with marvellous views to the sea and a lighthouse of Cabo de la Nao; fireplace for cozy evening gatherings
- two bedrooms (one doblebed and two single beds)
- modern bathroom with a shower; washing machine
- nice kitchen fully equiped (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge, etc.)
- dining room with a sea view and a big table for cheerful companies

On the upper floor:
- bedroom with one doblebed and one single bed
- bathroom with a shower
- "light" kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle
- balcony with an amazing sea view

Villa Violin is located in the urbanization Balcon al Mar that is approximately 7 km from Arenal beach (Javea), where most of restaurants and pubs are situated.
Although there are several restaurants and supermarkets whithin walking distance from the villa, it's better to have car so you could easily get to any of very nice small beaches not far from the villa, Arenal beach or explore surroundings enjoying unforgettable views of the sea, coast and nearby Portixol island!

We were really impressed with the facilties the property had to offer. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and outside play area, especially the trampoline.Great location with lovely scenery. Ideal for travelling to different areas. Had an enjoyable walk to the lighthouse. Local supermarket was walking distance which was really convenient. Was nice to meet the owner Maria at the villa, who was really helpful with information on places to visit and restaurants to eat. Any questions we had Maria was quick to respond with relevant information. We would definitely like to return.

Fantastisch huis

Prachtig, compleet en verzorgd huis in een rustige wijk met een fantastisch uitzicht op de zee en vuurtoren. Maria is een vriendelijke behulpzame gastvrouw, we werden verwelkomd met heerlijke verse aardbeien en een fles cave. Alles is aanwezig in het huis, van kruiden tot koffiecups, vaatwastabletten etc. Voor de kinderen een mooi zwembad en veel speelmogelijkheden. Goede bedden en voldoende handdoeken en badlakens. Kortom een zeer compleet huis en een aanrader!

Magnifique villa. La présence de Maria à notre arrivée et lors de notre départ est un point très positif. Vue mer du salon et de la salle à manger. Bonne situation mais il faut la voiture. Piscine propre et entretenue. Endroit calme. Suggestions : une télévision dans la chambre à l étage et un frigo dans la cuisine extérieure.

Clean comfortable villa with lovely play area for children

The villa is in a stunning location over looking the lighthouse and sea beyond. Maria is always available to assist and very helpful, goes above and beyond. 2 supermarkets and 5 cafes/restaurants all within 3/15 minutes walk. Absolutely loved this area. So many stunning views.

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Maria est une hôte très appréciable et à l'écoute. La maison, la piscine, les extérieurs et la partie jeux des enfants sont très bien entretenue. La vue sur la mer est un plus. Merci beaucoup à Maria pour sont accueil. Nous espérons revenir.

Vacaciones perfectas

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la casa ,sobre todo los niños pero los adultos también con la piscina y con la barbacoa. María la propietaria muy cercana y estupenda ,nos ha tratado de fábula Volveremos en Septiembre en cuanto haya disponibilidad .Los alrededores de la zona muy tranquilos cerca del faro y el mirador cabo de la nao .

Pudo se mejor pero...

La estancia esta muy bien equipada, a pesar de que no funcionansen los grifos del cuarto de baño y la cisterna del aseo perdiese, e incluso sufrimos la rotura de dos tuberias de suministro de agua, que nos dejo 3 de los 5 dias sin agua, la propietaria estuvo muy atenta a nuestras necesidades e hizo que las vacaciones no fuesen un fracaso total. La casa tiene todonlo que una familia con niños desearía, piscina, juegis, cama elastica.... Nuestra intencion sera volver e intentar disfrutar plenamente de la casa sin las averias de la proveedora de agua municipal. Gracias Maria.

What makes this property unique

Villa Violin is ideal for families with children. There is a big private pool, barbecue area, children playground, big safety trampoline, gym corner on the plot. Children definitely will have fun and parents'll have time to relax. Villa is situated in a very nice area which is quiet even during high season. However it takes only 7 min by car to get to the heart of touristic Javea with it's sandy beach and wide choice of bars and restaurants.
Perfect place for family vacations.
