Strandnah und sauber

Das Haus ist einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und blitzblank sauber, der direkte Zugang zum Strand sicher das grosse Plus. Ein Auto ist ein absolutes muss, es gibt so gut wie keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sicily holiday

Marcelo was excellent with communications from initial enquiry until we left. His sister in-law looked after us when in Sicily and was also superb. The apartment is in an excellent location if looking for direct access to a great beach for swimming and snorkelling. The sea is warm and good for children. Weekends are busier as expected, but during the week in late July there was always plenty of space. The apartment is well located to go out and see surrounding places of interest and being able to come back from a day out, throw on swimming stuff and be in the sea in about 60 seconds was great. Terrace is well set up for eating outside and bbqs. Area is generally very quiet which we liked. Apartment is overall well equipped with what you need. Road in and out to the apartment can be a bit tricky on occasions as it’s single track so at busy times there’s a bit of negotiating who will pull in where but it’s nothing that can’t be dealt with. Overall, apartment felt very safe and secure and was quiet for most of the week. Very much a place where locals go which suited us perfectly. If you want to get away from tourists and switch off, would really recommend.

Una sola settimana...peccato!

Dall'8 al 14 giugno 2019 sono stata con amici in questa casa vacanza sita in un posto a dir poco meraviglioso!!!! La casa si è presentata proprio così come descritta dal proprietario Marcello: due bagni, tre camere, angolo cottura e piccola zona pranzo che sicuramente non userete: sarà favoloso infatti godere dello spazio che circonda l'appartamento con una vista spettacolare sul mare che è proprio lì sotto casa... ma veramente sotto casa...due passi ...scendete pochi gradini...cancelletto e ...mare stupendo (munitevi di ombrellone e lettini perché la spiaggia non è attrezzata...se invece siete "natur" basterà un asciugamano e un bel po' di crema solare perché lo sapete che in Sicilia il sole brucia vero?) ... Era nostra intenzione fare una vacanza di relax ma anche godere delle meraviglie della Sicilia orientale perciò abbiamo fatto mare il mattino e visite al pomeriggio...non perdetevi sicuramente Siracusa con la sua cattedrale, la chiesa di Santa Lucia con il famoso dipinto del Caravaggio, la fonte Aretusa ed i bagni ebraici indimenticabili e unici nel loro genere e poi Noto perché lì vi aspetta l'eccellenza del barocco (salite sulle terrazze della chiesa di Santa Chiara o di San Carlo...lo spettacolo è travolgente) e poi la riserva di Vendicari (potrete partire da spiaggia Calamosca per raggiungere la spiaggia di Vendicari seguendo un percorso di 5 km circa in mezzo ad una vegetazione splendida...in questo periodo c'era l'origano in fiore...uno spettacolo però portatevi acqua, tanta acqua, e per favore non fatelo in luglio ed agosto ...potreste non farcela a ritornare ...faceva già molto caldo ora figuriamoci!!!!) prima d spiaggia Calamosca potrete anche fermarvi al favoloso Agriturismo Torre di Vendicari (abbiamo cenato veramente bene ed a poco prezzo...tanto che ci siamo poi ritornati una seconda volta ) ah...quasi dimenticavo...dovete assolutamente fermarvi anche a visitare i mosaici della Villa del Tellaro...incredibbbbili (poco prima dell'inizio della riserva di Vendicari...l'ingresso è gratuito) insomma...abbiamo fatto proprio una vacanzina da sogno...ed è cominciato tutto dalla comodissima casa vacanze di Marcello...provate anche voi….e mi direte poi quanto sarà stupendo!!!
