Here in the heart of the island, the relaxing amenities stretch as far as the eye can see. Welcome to the Sands of Marco. This beautifully remodeled 2nd floor, 1,100 square foot condo sleeps four, with two queen beds and two bathrooms.

This cozy getaway is filled with vibrant furnishings and eye-catching tropical designs. You’ll savor the laid back appeal of rattan and bamboo chairs as you entertain guests or gather around the big screen television. The unit faces west, so you’ll enjoy the nightly spectacle of the sky painted brilliant orange by the setting sun.

There’s no better place to enjoy that sunset set than the spacious balcony with ocean blue tiles, a glass breakfast table and rattan chairs.

The bright, open, summer kitchen is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to sunset-viewing cocktails to bring out to the balcony.

The master suite opens up to the balcony, giving you a garden view and filling the room with fragrant night air. Floral fabrics and colorful island-themed artwork enhance the coastal décor of the bedrooms.

This unit is filled with features for your comfort and convenience, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer.

It also comes with beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that brief two-block walk to the free public beach access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.

Deluxe amenities surround you in the Sands of Marco. Take a dip in the heated pool surrounded by palm trees then use one of the gas grills to cook up a poolside barbeque. Play tennis or pickleball on one of two newly re-surfaced courts.

Afterwards, luxuriate in the hot tub then enjoy a delicious meal at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza or Thai Sushi by KJ, all just a short walk from the unit.

Great stay at Marco Island

The beach cart and chairs definitley came in handy for trips to the beach. The check in process could not have been easier. We highly recommend Sands Of Marco C 206 and hope to return in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled from the moment we opened the door to the condo! The condo is like a home away from home. It was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything, other than the food, you might need to cook and serve meals. The furniture is comfortable, which isn’t always the case in a vacation property. The linens and beds were great! The lanai is inviting and enjoyable with an amazing view of the beach and sunset. One thing to note, the lanai does get hot mid day so lowering the hurricane shutters halfway is required. Overall, this condo is great and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love it in Marco! The weather was amazing, only had a couple days of rain and strong winds over a months time. There are so many wonderful restaurants, fun spots with music, and of course the beach!!! The beach is wonderful and the best place for shelling. Every year I say I am not going to pick up any more shells but, alias I always find some new little treasure that I feel I must have. We went on a sunset cruise on a catamaran (have done it most years and still love it). Also rented a pontoon at isle of Capri and went to Keywaydin and did some fishing along the way. The wild life is special and never disappoints. Sunsets from our condo were always beautiful. Our condo was perfectly appointed with most of everything we needed. The kitchen is well supplied with what you need and good quality items. The beds and bedding were great! The Sands community are welcoming and the events they host are great fun. In summary, we love it in Marco Island and count down the months until we return next year!!

One of the best times ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was beautiful and very well kept. The location is wonderful and our view was great. We had a couple issues of needed minor repairs but the property manager took care of those things quickly and to our satisfaction. This is our 9th year on the island so we are familiar with the restaurants and sites for the most part. A few of our favorite restaurants are Davinci’s, Davide’s, Leebees, Sami’s, Little bar, Dolphin Tiki and Island Gypsy. We did the island princess sunset cruise and it was nice but I didn’t check to be sure they were having live music. The only do that certain nights of the week, so recommend you check ahead of time if that is important to you. We did the Dolphin explorer with granddaughters and it was very fun but I would recommend kids should be a little older to really enjoy it to the fullest. It was a little long for our 4 year old. Recommend getting reservations weeks in advance due to the increase in number of people coming to Marco. Spring break was very busy with lots of young people but we never saw any major issues.Great 2 months overall.

The decor was beautiful and homey, you could see the personality of the owners in the decorations which made it extra special. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs and the furniture on the lanai was as comfortable as the furniture in the condo. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the bedding was great. The view of the pool and the sunset was as good as it gets without being on the beach. My one concern was the lack of bath towels. The towels were very nice but there were only 4 sets of towels so for a condo that was made for 4 people, this meant a lot of washing of the towels. The owners three ring binder was very helpful and informative. Couldn’t find the guest book to sign however. Looking forward to our stay there next year!

It is such a convenient location with many things in walking distance especially the residents beach across the street. The Marco Realty Co. and the owner are very accessible and work very hard to meet all your needs.The unit is beautifully decorated and well stocked for comfort and convenience.We highly recommend a Marco vacation at the Sands C 206
