About this property

Amelia Village Water View and Great Sunsets'

Located between Mallory and Havana golf courses and restaurants .You'll enjoy this great location! When you enter your vacation rental, you come into an open-plan living space to include dining and living area, large flat screen TV, kitchen island, all appliances, and view through the lanai to the water which attracts many of the Florida birds plus the use of two golf cars. To the right of the living area through a pocket door is one bedroom (a second is locked and not available for use), with queen mattress and full bath. On the other side of the living area is the master bedroom with a king sized sleigh bed and master bath including walk-in tiled shower enclosure and double sinks. Through an enclosed hallway to the attached garage you will find the washer/dryer. The property is centrally located, has full Wi-Fi access, near shopping and the village squares where entertainment occurs nightly and great restaurants abound. We know you'll enjoy your Stay!
