The Villa & Casita (guest accommodation) and surroundings offer everything for your top holiday. The interior is new just like the kitchen and bathroom. Canta Corazon is a wonderful holiday villa for totalky 6 persons, with the extra guest house only € 85, - per stay for extra cleaning, bed linen / towels).

Location Villa Canta Corazon and what does it look like?
In a beautiful natural sunny valley, lots of privacy, surrounded by a tropical garden with an orchard (citrus for breakfast and G&T). Total 2700 m2 fenced privacy for you alone! The beautiful swimming pool (10x5) from April until October swimable is also separately fenced (for the kids), illuminated and has a sun terrace with loungers / cushions and parasols.
The first floor has lots of fun, light and fresh, an open kitchen with dishwasher, oven / microwave, induction hob, balcony adjacent to the living room with extra seating and dining table. Spanish vibes….
On the ground floor a veranda adjacent to the garden, also with big dining table and in the garage is the utility room with extra fridge / freezer for drinks / ice cream at the pool!
The separate guesthouse / Casita with its own bedroom and bathroom and sliding doors to a private terrace is suitable for 2 people, including the disabled or simply for extra space (incl. in the rental price).

In short, all the ingredients for a wonderful spanish holiday. A place where you can really relax and stay for a longer period of time. There is plenty to do in the area, the city (Valencia, Gandia, Denia)), hiking, cycling / mountain bike, beautiful golf course La Galiana around the corner, blue-flag beaches, culture, shopping, markets, water park, to reach everything within half an hour. The cozy bustle is nearby but you are just outside to relax and enjoy🏖️.

How is the interior and the atmosphere within? Canta Corazon is nicely furnished and fully equipped. We have done our best to preserve the Spanish atmosphere and make it a warm and cozy family home. The interior is new, so is the beautiful kitchen and bathroom.

Living is on the first floor, from the open kitchen you step through the French doors on the balcony with extra dining table and seating. Hence the beautiful view of the garden, the swimming pool and the mountain environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large freezer / fridge, induction hob, oven / microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer. At the large dining table you can cozy with the family / friends camp, play games (present), eat together, drink with tapas etc .. In the seating area is a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, coffee tables, stools TV with Apple TV (Netflix). Adjacent to the living room are the three bedrooms and through an intermediate hall you enter the beautiful bathroom.
Bedrooms: The house itself has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one children's room with a bunk bed (bedstead present). There is a spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower, double sink, wardrobe and toilet.

The house is light and there are (role) curtains. In the evening you can close all windows by means of shutters on the outside (dark sleeping). Incidentally, all windows are also equipped with screens.

Outside:
The house is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with many opportunities to relax. The roof runs over the balcony, so you can also eat dry outside during the - sometimes occurring - tropical rain shower. Also in the evening you can sit outside to read, for example, the veranda downstairs and the balcony above have lighting. & fan. The balcony with seating and separate dining table has a size of 6 x 3 and overlooks the garden with the beautiful large swimming pool (fenced, 10x5, depth of 1 to 2. 4 meters) with lighting so you can also swim in the evening . Under the balcony is a covered terrace / veranda with dining table where you can eat directly at the garden.
Downstairs the staircase is the utility room with an extra fridge (for the drinks at the pool) and the washing machine. There is a (Weber) gas barbeque available. A terrace for morning coffee in the morning sun). At the pool there are six sunbeds and a parasol. In addition, a stone bench (see photo) with a table to be placed. There are plenty of places to relax / sunbathe, to be together or to separate yourself.

Yet for the sake of clarity:
the main residence is for a maximum of 6 persons (one bathroom) and Casita for guests (makes a total of two bathrooms). If the Casita is used, there are only additional costs of € 85 per stay for extra cleaning, electricity).

Is parking on private land possible and closed?
Yes, on the side of the house you can park cars / motorcycles on your own (enclosed) grounds. The entrance is via an automatic sliding gate (with remote control). The entire plot, as well as the swimming pool, is fenced, children can not even reach the pool themselves.

What are the other provisions?
The house has free WIFI, satellite TV (many international channels), we have a Netflix account, air conditioning in living and sleeping areas and extra fan's on balcony and living room if you do not like air conditioning. There is a washing machine and a Weber-gas bbq, loungers, outdoor seats, cushions, games, hand, beach and kitchen towels, bedding, buggy, inflatable toys and beds for the pool, cot with bedding, baby bath, high chair.

What is the Canta Corazon environment?
Your holiday villa is beautifully situated in a valley, surrounded by bomem, nature, mountains. It is close to the village of Baracca d'Aigües Vives. When you arrive, your hosts (English, Dutch and Spanish speaking) are waiting for you to show you around the house, garden and surroundings.
The village of Baracca is located between beautiful rugged mountains in a Casella valley where you among others
• can make beautiful walks (with signposted routes) and
• can cycle / mountain bike / ATB with marked routes and
• You can play golf on the beautiful golf course around the corner (5 minutes), La Galiana Golf, 4.5 stars in the middle of the mountains. Follow the road up the mountain and you are there.
• The village itself has two (simple) restaurants, bars, a butcher, bakery and a small supermarket. In the neighboring cities Alzira, Tavernes Playa, Gandia and Carcaixent (about 7 minutes away) are good restaurants, terraces,
- next to shopping in Valencia and Alzira near a new modern shopping mall in Carcaixent with o. a. H & M, Zara, Pull & Bear.
- In the neighborhood cozy markets, also large Rastros (fleamarkets in Corbera and El Verger)).
. At 20-25 minutes away you will find the blue-flag beach of Tavernes, Cullera and Gandia. There is more than enough to experience. Also for (kite) surfers a walhalla.
From our house you are within half an hour in the center of Valencia (also with train from Alzira, € 7.40 return, parking available / free). Valencia is a beautiful city, a mix of old and new, beautiful museums, spectacular Aquarium, beach, parks (Turia) and beautiful shopping centers (El Corte Ingles and opposite AQua).
So within half an hour you can reach Canta Corazon, beach, airport, nature, culture, outdoor activities, cities & shopping.
How do I get there?
If you book, we will provide you with a comprehensive route description (Villa Canta Corazon is very easy to drive, even in the evening).
If you are arriving by plane from Valencia, you can rent a car directly or take the train & taxi to Alzira & La Barraca. After leaving the airport you can sit on your porch for more than half an hour. Toasting on a nice holiday with a Spanish wine / beer.

How does cleaning work, is there linen / towels?
The costs for the final cleaning of the house are (obligatory) € 175, - (extra € 85 if Casita is used). Included in the rental price is bed linen (beds adults are made), towels, bath towels, and tea towels. Also water, electricity (up to 100 kw per day, is more than sufficient), and use of washing machine is included in the rent.

What is the deposit and how do I get it back?
The deposit is € 300, -. We will return it to your account within 48 hours of your departure.

Are there medical facilities in the neighborhood?:
O yes! There is a local hospital 5 minutes away and in Alzira (15 minutes) there is a University Hospital.

Is there an Information folder / websites?
In the house you will find an info folder ready for you with lots of information about the house and the surroundings. We will send you information including directions and other information before your departure.

The inventory is very complete, you really only need to bring your clothes, toiletries and books / e-reader. If you have questions or are in doubt about something, please mail / app us ...

Supermarkets are nearby, one of which is also open on Sundays.
