This is an exceptional 2 bed villa, renovated to a very high standard, located in the heart of Coral Bay so the beach and main strip are within walking distance. The lounge area with fire, and double patio doors to the front facing patio, this is leading through to tv lounge area and dining room and brand new kitchen. two bedrooms and bathroom plus downstairs wc ,large grounds with mature planting and newly lined pool with roman steps for ease of access.covered outside dining and lounge furniture and first floor balcony shared between both bedrooms facing the pool and a further balcony from the master bedroom facing the sea, The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Gorgeous Villa

Villa was lovely, everything we needed. The welcome pack on arrival was such a nice touch and perfect after a long journey. A couple of things needed replacing and the owners responded immediately so no hassle at all. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic

Arrived by taxi and got into villa with no problems, they welcome pack was great with the basics and drinks. The pool was everything we hoped it would be and to look at the actual villa was what we actually had. Could not have been happier with everything.

We loved this villa….

The villa comes with a relaxed, chilled out, peaceful vibe which we both throughly enjoyed and the pool, sunbathing and shady veranda all helped to make our stay so memorable. Lisa and Felix were perfect hosts. We’d love to stay again…..

Well equipped and comfortable villa in a quite neighbourhood a short distance from beach

This beautiful villa is set in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk from the main street in Coral Bay with plenty of great bars and restaurants. It is well equipped and has a great outside covered seating area next to a good sized pool. Thanks to Lisa and Felix for making our stay so enjoyable.

Lovely relaxing villa

We had an incredibly relaxing 2 weeks at the villa. Was all as described - inside very comfortable for our family of 4 and the perfect outdoor space/pool. Main shops and restaurants a leisurely 15 min stroll away so a great area. We got the bus into Paphos harbour one evening which was about 15 mins away. Would highly recommend this villa!

Just perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa. It was in the perfect location and made me feel like we had our own space. Having our own private pool was perfect and allowed us to feel comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Beautiful villa suited us perfectly. Lovely location- short walk to the beach, and a short taxi ride to some great restaurants for those occasions when we didn’t want to eat in- the property was well equipped which made the eating in more pleasurable. Would recommend

Fantastic/Relaxing Holiday

Many thanks Lisa & Felix for our stay at Bay View Villa, also many thanks for our welcome pack this was a nice gesture. The villa was well presented and clean, with a very comfy bed, lovely power shower, excellent location in a quiet street. We visited in late February and the weather was very kind to us but cold on an evening, the Villa had a powerful a/c unit with good heat. Will love to return next year. Regards Steve & Mary x

Third time in this Villa. Lovely villa. Great location. Lisa and Felix are great. Sorted our covid test for us too. Very welcome welcome pack as we didn't arrive till late. This villa is cosy and comfortable. Pool area and outside space is perfect. Would highly recommend this villa. We will be booking a fourth visit

Perfect villa

This villa is stunning, the most tastefully decorated and furnished villa we have stayed in. In the style of a boutique hotel. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a very large tv and plenty of space to lounge. Externally there is a lovely enclosed and very private garden with fabulous pool, sunbathing area and covered area with lounge furniture The welcome pack and villa guide are both great touches to get you started and the discounts at local attractions and restaurants were great. The local supermarket is excellent and deliver you and your shopping back to the villa free of charge. We will definitely be back Many thanks

Week stay - Easter

Week stay at the villa April 2023 for a family wedding held at a nearby hotel. Very spacious villa, we stayed with our 15 year old and 9 year old who were happy to share a room. Very quiet street, 15-20 minute walk to coral bay strip of restaurants etc. (use path to the right of the villa, path is on the left hand side). Great welcome pack provided with milk, bread etc and a booklet with loads of relevant information. Lisa arranged our transfers to and from the airport and we used same taxi to visit a few restaurants including Oniro’s, which I highly recommend especially at sunset. If you like shopping the 615 bus will take you to King’s Avenue shopping centre and also to Paphos harbour (last stop). Thanks Lisa! Michelle & Eddie

Relaxing and brilliant holiday

Lisa was great to communicate with from start to the end of the holiday especially when we were originally meant to come last year but due to the covid situation allowed us to change the holiday dates to this year. Always felt If any concerns or issues (which there weren’t) either Lisa or Felix were contactable. The Villa is as described in a lovely quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need! The pool is a good size. Everything in Coral Bay from the Bus stop to and from Paphos, the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within 15/20 minute walk at most. All in all we have had a lovely relaxing week and for our first attempt at a self catering holiday we are considering it a great success and are already considering returning to Coral Bay next year and would be more than happy to stay in one of Lisa’s and Felix’s villas again if available.

Beautiful Villa

Booked as an extremely last minute holiday just 2 days before arrival. Communication with Lisa was smooth, fast and efficient. We arrived in the middle of the night/early morning so the welcome package including bread, milk, jam etc was much appreciated. The Villa is beautifully decorated and the pictures are accurate Outdoor terrace is lovely with lounge furniture and the pool is a good size and spotlessly clean. We spent the majority of the holiday in the pool:-) WIFI is strong and stable. If I had to leave a negative it would be the villa could use more breakfast bowls and maybe a BBQ upgrade. Didn't bother us but maybe an issue if rented for 4 people. Thanks Lisa for a great trip. Would highly recommend both the villa and your service. Patrick

Home from home.

From beginning to end Lisa has made our whole experience very simple and straightforward. We booked this villa two years ago as we were attending my niece’s wedding. Covid struck and we had to suspend. We had a new date the following year and Lisa accommodated this but sadly Covid struck again. This year we finally made it and I would like to thank Lisa & Felix from the bottom of my heart for all the support we received from them. On arrival a great welcome pack. Clear instructions on how to find the villa. A lovely welcome letter with all the information you’d need to find you way around. We had a lovely relaxing week, and I would not hesitate to recommend any property managed by Lisa & Felix.

excellent villa in a peaceful setting

just returned from a fantastic holiday at this fabulous villa would describe this villa as the perfect home from home very nicely furnished bedrooms very comfortable with ample storage space in both rooms bed s very comfortable bathrooms spotless with lovely view out of upstairs bathroom window living room nicely laid out with seperate area for watching tv kitchen has everything you could think of wonderful washing machine with fantastic spin clothes dry in minutes once hanged outside but in my opinion the best thing about the villa is the way it flows step outside the kitchen patio doors to the lovely sun terrace ideal for cooling down in the shade then on to the swimming pool area then at the otherside the sunbed area in a lovely enclosed garden can talk all day about this villa but the best thing i can say is cant wait till 2019 to do it all again within walking distance to everything in coral bay no need for car just my opinion the owner lisa was very easy to deal with from making booking to arrival we arrived at 22.30pm and the welcome pack had everything you would need tea coffee juice milk bread butter cold meat nothing was a problem for lisa another reason why we will be returning please dont hesitate to book this villa if youre dates are available you will not be dissapointed

Excellent Villa

This villa is in an excellent location. The area was quiet - being a cul-de-sac with fields at the rear of the property. The main strip of Coral Bay is approx.15-20min walk and the nearest beach about 10min walk. The villa itself was clean and felt bigger than the photographs suggest. The aircon in the bedrooms and downstairs helped during very hot times and made our stay very comfortable. All mod cons included with the villa so it felt like home from home. The nearest big supermarket is long walk but they offer a free service of dropping you and your shopping home after your shop. Car hire, as recommended by Lisa, was relatively cheap. They also offer a pick up service from Paphos airport (included as part of a weeks car hire) which I wish we knew about before, as this would have saved us on a taxi fare. Recommended restaurants were excellent - notably Porto Antico (walkable), Sentiero (car needed), Andria Steak and Grill & Samisen Japanese Restaurant (both on the main strip in Coral Bay). We would also recommend the boat trip from Latchi to the Blue Lagoon (Cyprus Mini Cruises). You will need a car to drive to Latchi but the drive is stunning with some amazing views of Cyprus. This was a great villa in a great location with a friendly and helpful host. We would love to return here again.

A fantastic find!

This two bedroom villa was wonderful. The location was great for the beach, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It was very peaceful (except for some little yappy dogs every so often). The property was very clean and tidy and well equipped. The only thing lacking was a couple of coffee tables. . . but we managed. When we arrived there was a very generous welcome pack waiting for us, kindly provided by Lisa. The pool area and terraces were very clean and well equipped with ample comfortable Ratan furniture, sun umbrellas, tables and chairs. The partial cane shading over the patio area was nice giving just the right amount of shade. All the rooms were spacious and the furniture was comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. We stayed for three weeks this year and the linen and towels were changed weekly. As my wife and I are in our seventies it was extremely reassuring to know that Lisa and Felix were on hand should we have needed them. Thankfully we didn't. We truly had a wonderful holiday at this property, every thing was just perfect. My wife and I are extremely fussy about the villas we choose for our holidays. We have already booked to stay here next year for four weeks. . . . I think that says it all. A huge thank you to our hosts Lisa and Felix, we're already looking forward to visiting again next year.

Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
