Quiet Classical Designer Apartment

Barcelona Center apartment is located in the central Eixample area, decorated with taste and elegance, is especially designed to make your holiday unforgettable. It features three bedrooms: The first is a double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The second and third are twin rooms with two single beds in each. It has two bathrooms, one with a sink and toilet and the other with shower and tub.
In the main area you will find a large dining room, decorated with details and colours that become your favourite place of the apartment. Ceilings are 3.5 metres high with cornices. This room is equipped with a sofa for 4, plasma TV and two comfortable chairs. The dining room can seat up to 6 and is located near a large window with beautiful views and a very warm and bright atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small table and chairs.

1) The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.
2) The security and prevention measures of the staff of Habitat Apartments and of our clients.
3) The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

City tax:
6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
