Great house in a perfect location. Beautiful decor and very comfortable house. It would have been good to know that the top bedroom could only be accessed through the bathroom and none of the lounges were really big enough for everyone to sit in at once but the rooms were lovely. Parking tricky especially as there were traffic lights outside the house.
Saying that we would definitely stay there again, we had a lovely stay.

Seawood House Well-next-the-Sea
This is a great place for families, with good space, well equipped, the bonus of table tennis and an excellent location.
Some doorways are low, so it requires expert ducking!
Nearby crabbing, beaches, wild walks and a stately home for rowing and tea are a bonus!

Great Location not enough seating for the number of occupants
We booked this place because of its location , number of bedrooms, and a King Size bed and acceptance of dogs. All of which we got and were happy with. However, the TV Room being in the basement and only having seating for 3 and a Pouffe meant we could not all sit together to watch the football unless we used our beach chairs. It was also difficult for my Father in law to get down there, ( to be fair that was a bonus lol) it would be good to have a TV upstairs in the small living room as well.
There was not enough hanging space in the first floor bedrooms, a wardrobe would be good even if just in the Master. Also to get to the fourth bedroom you have to go through the first floor bathroom, so if your in the bath you might get an unexpected visitor as there is no lock to the door leading to the second floor bathroom.
All that said we still had a great holiday, fantastic area for dogs. only a 10 minute stroll gets you to a path that leads to the Pinewoods (about a mile) , which provides great shade for the dogs in the hot weather we had. lots of places to eat and drink without using the car. No parking at he property but the car park is only 5 mins up the road and £28 for the week was reasonable especially as you can park in any of their car-parks for free during your visit.

Dear Ian,
Thank you for taking the time to complete the UpFrontReview following your recent stay at Seawood House. Your feedback is invaluable whether constructive or positive as without this we, merely the booking agents, are often unaware of the issues that may arise hence customer feedback being something we look at very closely.
We have forwarded your feedback to the owner of the property in order that the issues you have highlighted can be addressed, as necessary. It sounds like more seating in the basement and hanging space would make all the difference.
We are pleased you had an enjoyable stay. Once again many thanks for taking the time to write to us and we look forward to welcoming you back to North Norfolk sometime in the future.

Would stay again
lovely family home, ideal for families. Very clean, good beds, well organised kitchen with a large fridge. Convenient to have use of washer drier. Nice little courtyard garden, (though could do with more seating out there).
We’d definitely recommend it to our friends and consider staying again.
