Keswick Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your property, it was so cosy and really well equipped! The location was also perfect for what we wanted, near the hikes and great selection of pubs/restaurants within walking distance. The only thing we weren’t aware of was the narrow drive into the car park outside the property, I didn’t see this mentioned when booking so was a slight surprise! We are really keen to come back soon. Thank you for a lovely stay! :)

Started well, ended not well.
This is a very nice, very small, property, adequately equipped for a shortish stay. The furnishings are nice, although the TV very complicated to operate. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is lovely, though could do with somewhere to put stuff, e.g. a shelf over the basin. The stairs are very steep, and close to the bedroom and bathroom doors. Consequently my 84 year old husband fell down them in the night, and after a visit to A & E in Whitehaven we left early and came home for him to recover from his injuries. This property is not suitable for elderly people, and should have a stairgate at the top of the stairs.
