Villa Giame is a private villa with swimming pool, located in an exclusive location just 400 meters from the beautiful and fine Sabbia beach. This well-kept villa offers 5 bedrooms on three levels: a bedroom with bathroom on the first floor, connected to the ground floor by an internal staircase where there are 2 more bedrooms; two bedrooms in the basement accessible by an external staircase from the ground floor, also on the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living room.
A car is necessary for transportation.

The villa is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen to comfortably cook for 10 people.
The furnishings are new and elegant, and among the services included we find air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and barbecue.

Great house but be aware of the basement!

Great house with lots of space! The pictures are quite accurate but they did manage to hide that three of the bedrooms are in the basement without proper windows or access to the rest of the house which was a real disappointment. The property manager is however good and solved all our issues (that could be solved) within a day. I think we where the first guests of the season and that showed in that there were som basic stuff missing, but once again it was all solved within a day.

Dear Henric, thanks a lot for your reservation, I'm sad to read that from the pictures it is not clear that there is a basement. You could only read the property description to understand that the villa has 1 basement with access outside. and the bedrooms on the basement are 2 and 3 how you written in the review. anyway I feel to raccomantation when you book, next time, not see only the photo but read all the advertisement and the description to avoid that you can remain disappoint. good luck for anything and thanks to leave a review. A Piece of Heaven

There are no words to accurately describe what an incredibly fantastic property this is. Saro, the property manager, was so prompt and attentive to our every request. We were never a bother. His response was always we are only helping to make the villa even better. We stayed here for 6 weeks and cooked quite a bit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. A 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach and a great bar and restaurant, Tiki Beach. Additionally the town of Pozzallo, a 5 minute drive has everything you could possibly need . What really made this place so special is the wonderful people who are kind and helpful. We are returning next year for an even longer stay. We love Pozzallo and its people

Great house with a pool near the beach

The house was very clean and the rooms where prepared with towels when we arrived. Every room had a bathroom with a shower so there was never any trouble getting a shower after spending the day by the pool. The kitchen was well equipped, so it was easy to create dinners the days we did not eat out in Pozzallo. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it.

Herbstferien im Süden Siziliens

Tolle, sehr geräumige Villa nahe an einem schönen Strand. Kommunikation vorab verlief super. Villa entsprach den Erwartungen. Toller Pool. Umgebung sehr ruhig. Strand in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Villa Giasa Sept 2019

The property is amazing and very well kept. The house is quite modern and if you know Ikea, many things will look familiar. Saro was responsive and helpful in orienting our group to the house as well as sharing information about the surrounding area. One should note that 2 of the 5 bedrooms are located in a basement apartment. It is all clean and furnished down there but a bit less appealing than the other bedrooms (no sun and musty smell). Our group of 7 had plenty of space and enjoyed hanging around the house and pool. The house is well located for day trips to Noto, Ragusa, Modica, and Siracusa.

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Wir haben sofort Daten bekommen, mit dem wir Supermärkte, Eisdielen usw. anfahren konnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben einen tollen, sehr sonnigen Urlaub verbracht. Geeignet für große Familien, Gruppen usw. Der Pool hatte genau die richtige Größe und unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß.

Fantastic Villa Giasa

Me and my family, tot 9 pers, spent a fantastic week in this lovely house in Grottelle, Pozzallo. We rented the whole house which was luxury and big and separate bathrooms to every bedroom. There was a wonderful garden, with a nice poolarea, and several places to sit and enjoy it all. We also must thank Saro (contactperson) for all kind help this week he is most serviceminded. Fantastic house for a family vacation

We were three families who stayed a week in this fabulous house, July 2018. All 5 bedrooms are equipped with their own en-suite bathroom. The house and the pool is much bigger than it looks like on the pictures. It is a three-story house, with lot of space. We were six teenagers in our party and they all loved the house and the pool which bot were spotless clean and very well maintained. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and also a couple of great restaurants. The nice city of Pozzallo is only a 5 minute drive. Saro, the renter, was a very pleasant experience. We had a good communication before and during our stay and he did everything he could to get our stay as good as possible. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.
