Three floor townhouse Next to the Water For Families and Friends with 3 bedroom
The house is set on three floors sleeping up to 5 guests with additional space for a travel cot (which we are happy to provide free of charge - subject to availability). You have a private south-facing terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the marina which is a wonderful spot to relax after a day exploring the many sights and beach nearby.
The top floor master bedroom has fabulous views over the marina and there is an ensuite shower room. There is also the family bathroom with bath and shower over. The first floor has a bedroom with full sized bunk beds and fitted wardrobes, plus there is another single bedroom, so up to five guests can sleep in these permanent beds.
The lounge has French doors opening on to a private balcony overlooking the marina. Downstairs is the modern dining kitchen, with views over the harbour and doors opening up to your terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washer dryer and plenty of cooking equipment.
There is also a private mooring so you are welcome to bring you own motorboat (please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements).
One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.

This is by far the nicest holiday rental I’ve booked. Literally a home from home, immaculately clean and welcoming. Would love to stay here again and will definitely recommend. Very peaceful and had everything you’d need for a stay away.

Having the dedicated driveway is a definite bonus, and we were actually able to fit a visiting friend's car on the driveway with ours. We visited in April and it was mostly too cold to sit outside other than one afternoon for an hour or so.
