This fantastic house surrounded by Orange and lemon trees is located just 10 minutes walk from "the Plaza", Soller´s beating heart square with the impressive Church, the vintage tram that runs from the Town to the Port and lined with bars, restaurants, shops and a fine selection of groceries stores.
The house has been recently renovad with lots of attention to details and design to a perfect 4 bedroom (2 double with en-suite bathrooms and 2 single with Queen size bed) and 3 bathroom home with 5.000sq.m parcel with fruit trees and garden, well equipped large kitchen, several terraces, fabulous outdoor lounge and dinning areas, and a lovely pool area with outdoor kitchen, toilette and shower.
Facing South the house has sun all day long and the best views over the amazing mountains. The property has outdoor parking space for several cars.

We had a great vacation in Margas house. It's even nicer in real life than in the photos. The house is spacious and clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the outdoor area with the pool, outdoor kitchen, and several seating areas is a dream. A week of celebrations We rented the house for a week during my daughter’s wedding in Mallorca. The property is gorgeous with sweeping views of the mountains from Every corner of the house and all Sides of the pool. Plenty of seating areas all Around the house inside and out, the fruit trees in the garden were a wonderful surprise that added to the specialness of the property. We felt like we were in our own private resort! Specifics: 12 minute walk to the center of Soller, expansive estate, Super clean, fully equipped kitchen, outdoors bathroom and cabana, outdoors kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels. Excellent communication with the host, super easy checkin and checkout process.

Myself and my family were lucky enough to stay in this dream villa for two weeks and it was everything we wanted and more. The design of the villa is stunning and the attention to detail is incredible. The grounds are vast and full of fruit trees. We lay by the beautiful pool and watched kites and falcons fly by. There are so many outdoor and indoor areas to relax and eat and everything is so easy to enjoy. Marga the host was so helpful before and during our stay and is so lovely. An absolute paradise.

Soak up Soller and the Tramuntana

Beautiful property. Very private and surrounded by a view of the stunning mountains. 10 minute walk into the heart of Soller and ideally positioned to get to Port de Soller or Fornalutx. The grounds are filled with amazing fruit trees and the outside kitchen is stunning.

We loved our stay in Soller, this property was beautiful! It was a little difficult to find at first, but that was the fault of Apple Maps sending us to the backside of the property. Marga answered our phone call immediately and helped us find the right location! I would love to stay here again and explore more of Soller and Mallorca!

Spectacular Hideaway

Beautiful home, garden and pool in a quiet location in the outskirts of Soller. Ample restaurants, shops, grocery stores are located in the village, just a 10 minute walk away. Marga has decorated her home in the Scandinavian style which is simple and very calming. The outdoor kitchen was spectacular, we loved the wood oven which we used to roast a leg of lamb and also to cook pizzas!! And the pool was divine! Thanks Marga for sharing your home, we can't wait to come back!!

Great vacation home!

We spent almost two weeks at Marga's property in Sóller. The gardens and pool area were fantastic with a great view on the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, it was very quiet. The gardens are even prettier than on the pictures. The house is perfectly convenient, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the air con worked nicely. It is close to supermarkets and only a 12-15 minutes walk from the center of Sóller. Communication with Marga was easy. We loved the place so much that we spent much of our second week just staying around the pool. I would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation.

A beautiful villa with amazing pool and gardens

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful villa in Soller. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by wonderful views. The villa is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with everything you need including an outside kitchen by the pool. There is a Spar 5 minute walk away and a larger supermarket and restaurants in Soller - a 10-15 minute walk away. We met Marga who is lovely. We caught the tram to Port Soller for an evening. The holiday was perfect. Thank you Marga.

Chic Hideaway in Beautiful Soller

Stunning home for my husband and I to celebrate my birthday and Es Firo! Our daughter and her husband joined us for a few days and also loved the villa. Set just outside the main village, yet an easy 10-15 min. stroll into town for groceries, restaurants, cute boutique shops, etc... The owner is equally as stunning as her home! We were lucky enough to meet Marga and spend some time getting to know a bit about her and her background. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay at the villa. We will all forever cherish our time spent there. Highly recommended!

Very nice property in Soller

Just finished a week's vacation at this property. Pros; Beautiful property done with a lot of good taste. You can tell that a lot of effort was put into it with beautiful furnishings , open spaces, and manicured gardens. Pool area is magical. Good communication with own-manager. Close enough to town, 15-20 min walk. Cons; Ac's do not have the adequate capacity to cool the property. The max it cooled was to 22-23C which is not enough. This is not adequate for the hot summer months in Mallorca and is a major flaw holding this property back. This is the reason that I'm giving it 4 stars even though everything else is a 5. I hope that owners fix this up, as I would love to return to it if fixed.

Lovely 2 weeks

We enjoyed 2 lovely weeks in Soller at Marga’s beautiful home. The house is well appointed with a clear eye for design and has a lovely pool and gardens, with expansive grounds. The pictures don’t do the home justice, and there are many thoughtful details throughout. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking (both indoor and outdoor kitchens), and we particularly enjoyed the pizza oven and outdoor BBQ. The aircon is strong and adjustable in each room, and the WiFi was great for remote working. The location to Soller is convenient for an easy walk into town for lunch/dinners. We enjoyed having a rental car to explore the island and particularly for longer grocery trips. The home is on a quiet road and has a gate with wall, so feels secure. There are neighboring homes nearby, but we very rarely heard anyone else, and overall the home and grounds feel quite private. Marga is a gracious host and made us feel welcome and even left us fresh produce from the garden on the property. Check in / out were both very easy. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and hope to return soon.

Superb house and location- but niggles

This is a fabulous house. The garden, pool, and scenery around about are world class. So the little niggles didn´t entirely spoil it, but they were annoying. Firstly- the aircon simply doesn´t work to cool the house- we never got it below 25C which implied it was being controlled remotely- and generally it was much hotter. We were there early June- I can´t imagine what the height of summer must be like. Secondly, they were stingy with basics- one toilet roll per bathroom for a week, two dishwasher tablets, no kitchen towel and no coffee capsules. We expected better from a rental of this calibre. Thirdly, the sunbeds are the cheapest available and uncomfortable, which doesn´t match the fabulous pool area. We´d love to return, but those niggles would put us off.
