Back equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower.
Private parking in front of the back entrance. External storage room equipped with washing machine.
Recent and comfortable, well furnished. Ideal for any clientele / need.
We are in the hills, behind the famous beach of Budoni "Sa Capannizza", about 1Km away.
Oasis of tranquility, between sea and hills, but very well served. In fact, only 30mt there is the central square of the village with Bar, Tobacconist, Newsstand and MiniMarket.
The center of Budoni is only 1Km away.

We have tastefully decorated our apartment, taking care of any detail and providing all comforts.
Limpiddu is the ideal location for relaxing but also very close to the beaches and to the centre Budoni with all services/amenities.

What makes this property unique

Ideally located on a hill, just behind Sa Capanizza beach.
The residence has a private shared pool, perfect as an alternative to the wonderful sea.
You don't even need a car, if you want, since just at short walking distance (1 min) you can find all services: bar, tobaccos, newspapers, market.
