Pleasant holiday villa with private pool and stunning sea views located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed across two independent floors. It has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.



INTERIOR: This villa is composed of two independent floors connected by exterior stairs. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with an en-suite shower. The TOP FLOOR features a spacious covered terrace with sea and pool views, with access to a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV. An independent fully equipped kitchen with a mixed cooker (gas and electric) and dishwasher. Three spacious bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Lastly, there is a bathroom with a bathtub.



EXTERIOR: Large enclosed plot with an 8x4 pool with metal ladder and spectacular sea views. A brick barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for 2-3 vehicles on the same plot.



LOCATION: This villa is located just 2 km from the centre of Calpe, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The sandy beach is accessible within 2.5 km.



NOTES: Wifi included. Pets up to 12kg are allowed with a supplement.
