This beautiful Hilton Head home features spacious rooms, a large private pool area, and great golf course views. The great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. A deck off the living area offers a table for outdoor dining and stairs leading to the very private pool area. The master bedroom is located on the main level of the home and has a king bed and private bath with separate tub and shower. 9 steps lead to a landing with another king bedroom and private bath. 8 more steps lead to the top level with the remaining 2 bedrooms. These bedrooms feature a queen bed and 2 twin beds, respectively, each with private baths. All bedrooms have TVs. Outdoor amenities of this fabulous Palmetto Dunes residence include a large back deck, wonderful pool area, and spacious screened porch—all overlooking the beautiful Fazio Golf Course in Hilton Head.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September. Only a 12-minute walk to the beach.

Girls Trip

Fabulous property! Nicely appointed. Great location on the island. The only true issues we had was that the pool was not swimable due to a chemical imbalance. It was green and cloudy the whole time until the last morning. The second issue was a smoke detector started alarming at 4:30 am one morning. The property manager was very responsive to our issues. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing vacation home!!

We stayed for a week with our kids and a couple of their friends/spouse. This house was everything we wanted in a vacation! I have never stayed in a cleaner home. It was so well appointed in the kitchen and elsewhere, we had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable and we can't wait to go back!! The ease of check in/check out made everything easier. Only thing is they were supposed to text us when the house was ready and we never received a text but the house more than made up for that! We have never had a more relaxing, enjoyable time in a vacation home. A hot tub would be nice but not a deal breaker, I'll definitely book this house again!

There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and the kitchen cutlery was very dull. The pool was nice and the remodeling was nice.

Pool area needs work. House was very nice. Exhaust fan in master bedroom doesn't work. Ice maker in freezer didn't work. We had raccoons in garbage area due to previous tenant didn't empty garbage. My husband had to clean the mess. Palmetto bugs in kitchen every day.
