On a small barrier island off the coast of Sarasota, Florida is Lido Key. Home to famous sunsets, pristine beaches, nature parks and St.Armand's Circle. Just west of downtown Sarasota (cultural capital of Florida)your piece of paradise is perfect for everyone! Whether its sunbathing on the beach, swimming in the heated swimming pool, or de-stressing in the hot tub, this place has it all. Also on property are community barbecue gas grills and free internet access. Walk or bike to the elegant shopping & dining of St. Armand's circle or walk to South Lido Park and spend the day kayaking or fishing.
Your condo also features a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker. Beautifully appointed bedrooms, walk in closets, flat screen Smart TVs and a screened in lanai to watch the evening's sunset. A reserved covered car parking spot is waiting for you!
One month minimum (per Condo Association) with preference given to someone interested in a 2 months or longer winter rental. Prospective guests are required to complete a rental application form with a fee of $100 per the Condo Association.

Lido Towers
we sought a location on Lido Key to check out the hurricane damage at our own condo near by, and because we love Lido Beach. This condo was great for our needs. After hours entry instructions were very clear. The residents were friendly and quiet. good pool and bbqs. good view from balcony. and every thing we meeded in the condo, although we borrowed the keirig from our condo. Scott was accessible and helpful .

Lovely Property on Lido Key
Very nice 6 week stay in Lido Towers. Comfortable, clean, well appointed suite conveniently located just across the street from beautiful Lido beach. Lovely pool with lots of chairs and loungers and barbecues on site. A short walk to St. Armand circle for great shopping and dining. Highly recommend this property.
