A great place and experience

The owner Josepha was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. It is a great apartment in a convenient location. My Paris family said it is an authentic place to experience the life of a Parisian!

This apartment fit the needs of our family of 3 perfectly. Close the metro stop and restaurants and the hosts were extremely responsive. The apartment definitely gave us the Parisian feel. Would stay again.

Charming and quiet getaway

The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a couple simple meals here. The neighborhood was not touristy at all.

A wonderful stay - highly recommended

Josepha’s appartement was a wonderful place to stay in Paris for our group of three. Everything you need is here. The area is great with so many restaurants, bars and boulangeries. Josepha welcomed us and was very accommodating with our requests. Merci Josepha, we hope to visit again!

Nice place in nice area

Josepha was a great host! I planned to arrive early and she was very accommodating. It was tough getting up to the 4th floor, but the place was very well kept and homey. The location was easy to access several Metro lines and I would be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

Needed an apartment for a week while meeting with friends. This fit the criteria perfectly. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and checked with us to see if we needed anything additional. Highly recommend it if you’re spending time in Paris.

Perfect Paris stay

I travelled with my family of 4 to Paris, 2 adults and 2 teenage boys 15 and 13. Emmanuel’s apartment is in a quiet safe neighborhood easy to find the metro and all places needed for a 5 night stay in Paris. The apartment is lovely and is the quintessential Parisian apartment; spiral staircase to the apartment floor, large windows for wonderful breezes that cross through the apartment beautiful views of the gardens below. We stayed during July open windows are the best for a cool night breeze. It was a perfect place for us to return to after a full day of site seeing. I recommend and will stay here again.

Felt like a real Parisian for a week!

We loved this little apartment! It's a great neighborhood (the 11th) which isn't super touristy but is filled with good stores, restaurants, boulangeries, cheese shops, and so on. We walked almost everywhere including to the Marais and the Left Bank, but it was also a quick walk to the Metro. The apartment itself was perfect for 2 people, lots of light and air, a little kitchen (which we hardly used but had everything we would have needed if we had cooked anything), a great living/dining room for hanging out. We didn't even mind the 4th-floor walkup because it made us feel very French. We would definitely stay here again.

Die Gastgeberin Josepha hat sich von Beginn an rührend um uns gekümmert. Das Haus zu finden war kein Problem. Das Apartment liegt in der 4.Etage, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Gegend hat uns gut gefallen, es gibt schöne Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte - und Josepha hatte prima Empfehlungen für uns. Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten, wir sind zu viert gut klargekommen. Die Schlafcouch lässt sich einfach aus und zuklappen. Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren drei Nächte in Paris und uns hat die Wohnung und die Gastfreundschaft von Josepha sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und sie hieß uns freundlich willkommen! Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht ganz so ruhig, wenn die dortige Schlafcouch genutzt wird, sollte man das wissen. Wir waren allerdings auch während einer Hitzewelle in Paris, da hatten natürlich alle die Fenster geöffnet und waren abends draußen.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einwandfrei, WLAN, Kaffee, Shampoo, Salz und Öl, alles da.Wer nicht so gut Treppen steigen kann, sollte allerdings eine andere Wohnung wählen, sie liegt im 4. Stock. Dafür wird man mit einem schönen Blick belohnt. Das Viertel drumherum ist lebendig mit vielen Bars und Restaurants und der Gemeinschaftsgarten gegenüber lädt auch zum Verweilen und zum Gespräch mit den Gärtnerinnen ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Paris au mois d'août...

Appartement très bien situé pour rayonner en ville, les métros sont là, dans un quartier très agréable, le 11ème, il a fait chaud mais c'était general sur toute la France. Le ventilateur nous a aidées. Nuits très calmes, aucun bruit. Accueil de Josépha très agréable. Je recommande.

L'appartamento è molto carino e permette di vivere un'esperienza a Parigi come se foste a casa vostra. Il quartiere offre negozi e servizi di ogni tipo, è bello fare la spesa nelle botteghe e prendere un aperitivo nei tanti bistrò vicini. Comodo alla metro. Ci siamo stati molto bene.

A charming apartment, well suited for the three of us, which had everything we needed and where we felt right at home. The host Josépha was very nice and welcoming. The apartment was was indeed very calm and in the morning the sun popped in, which was lovely :). I would definitely stay here again.
