The house is in the renowned Consortium of IS Molas, the most beautiful golf course (27 holes) in Sardinia, it is close to the beaches of Pula and Chia, with a panoramic view of the Bay of Nora (4 km), an evocative archaeological site. The house is surrounded by greenery, within the Is Molas Golf Club Consortium. A short distance away is the Golf Club House open to the public with Bar and Restaurant. In nearby Pula, there are many restaurants, clubs, activities for young people and families and cultural initiatives in addition to the evening shows organized in the main square. The house is suitable for couples, families (with children). The master bedroom is large and there is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.

Grazie per il commento positivo, soprattutto per aver apprezzato il contesto signorile.
La casa ha una vetrata all'ingresso di circa 4 metri di larghezza noi siamo soliti spostare uno dei tavoli di fronte alla vetrata e aprire le due ante (circa 2 metri) l'effetto è quello di mangiare sulla terrazza. Altri clienti hanno portato il tavolino all'esterno e hanno mangiato sotto la vela sistemata sull'ingresso; in tal modo lo spazio all’aperto risulta ben godibile.
Prossimamente attrezzeremo per il pranzo anche il patio che da sul giardino posteriore.
