* Very quiet and safe neighborhood, 3 blocks from c. shopping and park MADRID RIO, just 15 min. from the center by METRO / BUS (stops 100 mtrs from the apartment) and 20 minutes from the airport by car.
* You DO NOT pay for a parking meter (white area) being very easy to park on the same street!
* The patio is a huge advantage to relax, a luxury. Perfect for families and groups of friends.
BUT THERE IS + LOW!
