This accommodation is offered exclusively for short-term rental, intended for justified temporary stays. Priority is given to guests traveling for work, academic, medical, specialized training, or other justified reasons, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law. Availability is subject to the owner's use of the property on specific dates.
The Space
Reservation requires the signing of a lease agreement and the deposit of a security deposit in accordance with applicable regulations.
The accommodation is intended solely as a temporary accommodation solution. The tenant expressly declares that this is not their habitual or permanent residence, and therefore, registration at this address is not permitted.
The apartment has been completely renovated; all furniture, bathrooms, and kitchen equipment are new. There are three independent and private bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with single beds. Two bedrooms face the street, and the master bedroom faces the interior with a private bathroom. The windows and balcony doors are new and soundproof, with automatic blinds, essential for a good night's sleep in a noisy city.

There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. One of these bathrooms is located in the master bedroom.
The kitchen appliances are new and modern, with a digital ceramic stove and an all-in-one washer/dryer. To help you take good care of the appliances, we have provided an easy-to-understand instruction manual.
The location of this apartment is its best feature: right in the historic center of Madrid, within walking distance of Atocha station, the Reina Sofía Museum, the Prado Museum, the beautiful Retiro Park, and the main shopping area. It's also just a stone's throw from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
The decor is clean, modern, fresh, and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass-top stove with oven, and microwave. The beds, mattresses, and pillows are comfortable, both queen and single size.
Services and Common Areas
A member of my team will greet you at the apartment to provide the keys and all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We kindly ask that you send us all the information before your arrival so we can organize everything, including the ID or passport numbers of all guests. We will always be in contact during your stay in case you need anything or have any problems.
High-speed fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, and heating are available in each room. A capsule coffee machine and an Italian-style coffee maker are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, basic cooking utensils, and dishwashing liquids.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed upon with the landlord.
Out of respect for the community, loud noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Likewise, parties, events, and large gatherings are prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and contract, as well as possible intervention by the competent authorities.
It is mandatory to take out the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the apartment during your stay.
