Located on the prestigious La Finca Golf, our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 4 people. It has recently been decorated and is newly furnished.

Set in this enviable location, a very short stroll away from various shops, restaurants and bars, Casa Estrellas is perfect for peaceful relaxation in the quiet tranquility of La Finca Golf.

This ground floor apartment with private garden has direct access to the communal pool from the front of the property and also benefits from a further smaller communal pool, accessed via the private rear garden.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

The lounge area boasts 2 comfortable sofas, air conditioning, free fibre optic WiFi, smart TV with IPTV, Xbox 360 with games and various board game. There are sliding patio doors leading to the veranda and private garden.

There are 2 bedrooms - one double (with air con) with en-suite and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, have fitted wardrobes and free standing drawer sets.

The community has secure parking and is gated.

Sorry - Stag or hen parties not accepted. Not suitable for children under 13.

Arrivals between 6pm - 8am are charged an out of hours fee of 20€ - this is payable in cash to the housekeeper who will personally greet you upon arrival.

Please bear in mind the air conditioning is expensive to run. We ask that you keep all windows and external doors closed whilst using the air conditioning. Excessive electricity use will be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary.

Please leave our apartment as you find it. Extra cleaning will incur additional fees.

All breakages need to be reported to Sarah as soon as possible.

Grocery welcome packs are available upon request.

This is simply a very lovely place, clearly loved by the owners and cared for. A family home with everything you could need. Pretty veranda and garden space and quiet pool area. A super spot for quiet relaxation. Great places to eat… plenty of opportunity to walk, golf, play tennis or padel, spa….. We would certainly recommend and will be going again…. The towns around are great for a visit and 20 mins to a beach by car/taxi! Loved it.

Thank you very much, Sarah, that I could be in your lovely apartement for ten days! I really enjoyed my stay in Algorfa, it was perfect for my needs. The most important thing for me is a clean apartment, and for this I can rate five stars. Also the gated parking spot was a plus, when you have a rental car and you don't want to leave it in the streets. Also the restaurants nearby are good, so you don't have to take the car to go out for dinner. I hope to come back next January, if my football team has its training camp again in Algorfa. Perfect! A real home from home!

After coming to this area for 18 years, we have finally found a property that is a real home from home. No typical holiday rental furniture here, that is just too uncomfortable. We looked after the house as we would our own home as it is so similar to our home. Sarah has made a place that we will be returning to on a regular basis and even booked a return visit whilst still here. The only disappointment is that it’s not a secret we can keep to ourselves! Fabulous.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Property itself is excellent and has everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Close to local restaurants/ bars ( 5 minute walk) Short drive to local supermarket and car recommended as no longer an on-site shop. Twenty minute drive takes you to lovely beaches at Guardamar and La Mata. Meet and greet by Julie was lovely.and good to have a contact in local area. Retail therapy catered for at La Zenia , again 20 minutes away. Golfers catered for on site and many courses close by. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Sorry, I'm only getting around to a review now but lovely apartment. Easy parking and access. Loved the little court yard overlooking the pool, very handy for a bit of shade and putting any wet clothes out rather than having to walk through the apartment. The only possible consideration would be air con in the bedrooms during hotter months. Personally for me it was fine as the ceiling fans got the air circulating but some might struggle in the months of July and August especially after this year. I know it's costly but might be a consideration. Property was absolutely spotless and loved our trip. Thank you

Check in fine, showers went cold, boiler stopped and no bath hot water. Disappointed with cost for cleaning but a lovely apartment. We feel cleaning costs should be judged by cleaner when coming to collect keys.

Perfect to relax

We stayed 14 days and never had such a clean, well equipped and quiet house. It was perfect. Judith was very friendly. There are bars and restaurants near by. The city and beaches are a bit far but no problem with a car to reach. We were positively surprised. The house is much nicer than the pictures. Thank you soooooo much for this perfect stay. We can deeply recommend this house.

Great, clean and well equipped apartment with direct pool access

We had a great time in Sarah's apartment. It is very well equipped with everything you need and very clean. The communication with Sarah was excellent and everything was very well organised. We received the keys from Judith, the housekeeper, who is a lovely person. The pool is directly in front of the door. The whole area is very well maintained and it feels very safe. I recommend to have a rental car to explore the area and go to the fantastic beaches around. To go to Guardamar it took us about 20 minutes by car. Many thanks, Sarah. We hope to return to your apartment for another time.

We try and visit as much as possible and love the instant sense of peace and tranquility we get on every visit.

When you know, you know! Having looked at many properties in Spain, this apartment shone through with its stunning location and easy access to the pools. The privacy of the garden with mature shrubs gives it a natural homely feel and the peacefulness of the community makes it perfect for us.

We maintain our holiday home to a very high standard, making improvements every time we visit. We are really pleased to be able to share it with you and look forward to welcoming you.

What makes this property unique

Casa Estrella is lucky enough to be on the only community to have 2 pools. The main pool sits within a courtyard setting to the front of the property whilst accessed via the private rear garden, there is a quieter shallow pool perfect for toddlers or just dipping your feet. The veranda is perfectly position for the afternoon sun and stunning sunsets. The choice of areas to relax in makes this property perfect for people looking to get away from it all.
