GITE on the ground floor of the cottage. Access without stairs.
A corridor leads to the bathroom, the first room and a large living room; Access to the second bedroom from the living room that gives walk-on a large terrace on the Southeast. with views.
STAY of 35 m2 with kitchen: sofa bed 140 for 2 beds, kitchen table, chairs, TV with DVD player .... very friendly room to share pleasant moments with family or friends ...

Un très bon séjour à la montagne
Nous sommes rendu à Saint Jean de Sixt en début d'année 2025 pour 5j pour un séjour au ski. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil dans ce chalet (partie rdc) qui est très bien aménagé et spacieux. Ce qui permet d'accueillir 6 personnes sans problèmes y compris avec tout le matériel de ski. Pièce à vivre très grande et chaleureuse ! Prévoir une dizaine de minutes pour vous rendre à La Clusaz et son domaine skiable.

Logement conforme à la description. Très bien équipé. Belle terrasse.
Accueil de Marieté extrêmement sympathique.
Une petite réserve sur le logement un peu sombre et un peu frais car aménagé dans le sous-sol semi enterré du chalet.

Nous avons fait le trajet depuis Paris à 5 pour profiter des chutes de neige.
Le voyage fut long mais à notre arrivée quel plaisir de trouver cet appartement chaleureux, confortable et parfaitement entrenu/équipé.

Très bon week end dans ce chalet qui est très confortable pour 6 personnes ! A 5min du centre de St Jean et 15min en voiture de la Clusaz. Mariété a été très accommodante sur les horaires de départ et d'arrivée. Merci !
