The villa ANTONIA, located between the center of San Vito lo Capo and the Zingaro reserve, or in the magnificent gulf that hosts the lake of Venus to the east and the marvelous Tonnara to the west, both clearly visible from the property, was built and completed in 'summer 2018, therefore, it is a completely new villa, both in the structure and in the furnishings. Tastefully furnished with attention to detail, it consists of three bedrooms, all with double beds, and four bathrooms with shower and toilet. Therefore it lends itself very well to the privacy of three couples, and one or more families. It is on two levels and therefore has two entrances: on the ground floor, in addition to the external arrival space, we have the main entrance of the villa, that is a large living room overlooking a wonderful spiral staircase that leads to the upper floor, accessorized with sofa bed and TV. From here you reach the three bedrooms, as well as the laundry. On the first floor there is the kitchen and its bathroom, also complete with all the sanitary. The kitchen is the highest part of the structure, and from here you have access to the covered veranda, as well as to the relaxation area where a 6-seat Jacuzzi is installed. In addition, a second covered veranda is present, with sofas and armchairs for outdoor use, outdoor shower, barbecue and sink area. This outdoor area is reunited with the outdoor access to the property by a stone staircase, beautifully lit during the evening hours. All the interiors of the villa have an opening to the outside, bathrooms included. All the bedroom fixtures are equipped with shutters with doors to keep them dark during the hours of sunshine. The house has TV in the kitchen and living room, air conditioning in every bedroom and kitchen, wifi internet, barbecue, several parking spaces within the property, jacuzzi 6 seats exclusive use (ask info on the management of the pool and conditions), washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. In summary, they can be hosted in ordinary conditions for up to 8 people. The added strength of this property, in addition to what has already been indicated above, is clearly the amazing sea view, from the tonnara, up to the lake of Venus, and even, in the best days, you can also see the island of Ustica ... a marvel that deserves to be lived.
