BRAND NEW Villa with private pool air conditioning in a seafront village

The villa is located in a tourist residence of about 20 houses between 200 and 400 meters from Museddu beach in Cardedu.
Brand new construction (year 2018) completely independent and on one level.
Composed of 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, large living room with open kitchen 3 bathrooms with shower, in the living room one of the sofas can be transformed into a double bed.
Outside the villa has 2 loggias and an exclusive garden with barbecue and shower.
The double bedrooms have private bathrooms

electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas hob, dishes, cutlery, cookware.

Schöne, neue Anlage

Eine schöne und saubere Anlage mit einem grossen Pool und überwachtem Parkplatz. Unsere Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmer hatte einen privaten Pool und die Kinder haben es am meisten genossen. Die Villa an sich ist sehr modern und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation und Betreung hat super auf englisch funktioniert. Ansonsten nur ein Punkteabzug für die Umgebung, weil es nur zwei Restaurants in der Nähe gibt, die immer voll waren. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in 5 min erreichbar und ist absolut sauber und nicht überlaufen. Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Anlage

Die gesamte Anlage war sehr schön und gepflegt. Auch der private Pool war sehr schön. Es hatte viele Ameisen im Haus, sobald ein Krümelchen am Boden lag, war eine ganze Ameisenstrasse im Haus. Leider ist die Anlage sehr weit von jeglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants entfernt. Am Strand hat es eine Strandbar/Gelateria und ein Restaurant.

villa et résidence géniales

villa de location neuve, bien équipée, avec cuisine intégrée complète, climatisation fonctionnelle, conforme au descriptif piscine privative entretenue, pas de vis à vis avec les résidences voisines (haie de lauriers roses) résidence calme bien située à proximité plage fréquentée mais non bondée, personnel sympa et pro, (attention aux frais d'électricité en sus environ 100 euros par semaine) rien à redire tout était parfait

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, in der Nähe gibt es eine gute Strandbar mit gutem Essen „la rosa DEI venti“ und eine gute Pizzeria. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar, dort gibt es alles was man benötigt.

War schön , die Erfassung der Stromkosten als add on sollte besser ausgewiesen werden , das kannte ich bei einem Objekt dieser Kategorie so nicht .

Top Unterkunft in sehr gepflegter Anlage

Neuwertige Häuseranlage mit großem Gemeinschaftspool und sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartnern vor Ort. Haus und Garten super gepflegt, Strand und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe

Großzügige, luxuriöse Villa mit privatem Pool

Wir (6 Personen) haben eine Woche Ferien in dieser sehr komfortablen Villa mit schönem Privatpool direkt an der Terrasse verbracht. Die Poolbeleuchtung konnte farblich geändert werden. Die in allen Bereichen wertige Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Diese Villa verfügte über 4 Doppelzimmer, davon 2 mit Bad en suite. Außerdem gab es noch ein drittes Badezimmer. Alle Badezimmer hatten Dusche/Toilette. Am Doppelbett gab es USB Anschlüsse und die Lichtschalter waren mit LED beleuchtet. Für jedes Zimmer konnte die Klimaanlage eingestellt werden. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es eine Einweisung in die Elektronik. Die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine rundete das Gesamtbild ab. Wie in Italien üblich gab es Espressokocher für den Herd und keine Kaffeemaschinen. Die Villa liegt außerhalb des Örtchens Cardedu, in dessen Supermarkt alles für den täglichen Gebrauch eingekauft werden konnte. Obst und Früchte kauft man gut am Straßenrand. Die Villa/Villen liegen in einem abgeschlossenen Resort nur durch die Straße vom Strand/Meer getrennt. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Mehr Haken im Badezimmer oder auch Ablagen für die Kosmetik wären noch sinnvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
