Hey Jace! Thank you so much for this kind review :-). Loved, loved having you and can’t wait to see you again in the future. Be well!
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Eagles Nest and Lemon Lodge located in grand Lake Colorado. The cabin was clean well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances for cooking meals and perfectly located to both the lake and town. My kids enjoyed the beach and the playground as well as plenty of fishing and kayaking. We will definitely be back!

Shhhhh! You'll scare the moose away!
What a beautiful place! Both Grand Lake and the cabin. Rustic feel, but warm and updated with modern amenities. Easy access to town and secluded waterfront, as well as park trails and horseback riding.

About the host
Hosted by AnneMarie Anderson
We purchased this property as a dream... to have a place to fill our cup. Something as unique as our family. We wanted to seize the moment instead of wondering "what if.." for one more day. We had to have nature, variety, activity, rest and culture, all in one. We also have always been interested in offering that hospitality and respite to others. We know you need it as much as we do. Relax, invigorate, reinvent or play. Welcome to our Heaven away from home.
Why they chose this property
We've been searching for a mountain property for about ten years. We could not decide between remote acreage or resort town. Then, we rented a VRBO on Shadow Mountain Lake and drove over to Grand Lake Village and wandered onto Lemmon Lodge and knew instantly. It's as if this place found us... as it has found you.
What makes this property unique
Lemmon Lodge at Grand Lake is a one-of-a-kind community. There are other cabins in the community and yet it never has a "busy" feel. There is waterfront access to both the river and the lake with a private community beach, fishing pointe, bonfire pit (provide your own wood), horseshoes and breathtaking views. You then can walk right to town and enjoy everything this incredible town has to offer. Grand Lake is fiercely protective of it's small town sophistication and does not welcome big box. Quality trumps quantity every time. We challenge you to accomplish all of the activities offered in the town and surrounding nature.
