Cozy and familiar apartment to disconnect.
The apartment is located in a very quiet urbanization, perfect for resting and disconnecting. The house consists of three rooms, having a double bed, another two single beds, and a third room with a trundle bed. In addition to a spacious bathroom, living room and kitchen equipped with everything you need to live in it (utensils, pots, cutlery, toaster ...).
It is located less than 10 minutes walk from Playa Dorada, one of the best beaches in the town, and 15 minutes from downtown, where restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. are located.
It consists of two parking areas, one in front of the urbanization, and another just in front of the apartment.
In addition, the urbanization has a park for the little ones and a futsal and basketball court.
