Chia an enchanting place, crystal clear sea and beaches of fine white sand !!!
The Albetta house is located about 900m from the beach of "su giudeu" one of the best of CHIA .... The house is simply composed of a small living room with flat screen TV and sofa that can be transformed into a bed, ( Free Wi-Fi), the kitchen is quite spacious and furnished with a rectangular table, chairs, ventilated oven, dishwasher, equipped with tablecloth, dishes, cutlery, glasses ,, fridge quite spacious; the bedrooms are two with a bed double and wardrobe, one with two single beds and air conditioning, finally the bathroom with shower !!! equipped with bed linen and towels ... you will find a large private garden with outdoor shower, outdoor porch with table and chairs, parking space, washing machine ....

Génial, un superbe séjour! Allez-y les yeux fermés
Nous avons très bien été accueillies, des hôtes très disponibles et discrets à la fois. Un logement très bien équipé sur un site exceptionnel à 2 pas de plages paradisiaques et de randonnées époustouflantes. Merci encore Barbara et Gianni!

Una casa bellissima e un'ottima comunicazione
La proprietà è esattamente come è ritratta nelle foto. Pulizia ottima al nostro arrivo e accoglienza impeccabile. Un ottima comunicazione con l'host, sempre disponibile per ulteriori informazioni e un'ottima elasticità con il check in e il check out.
La casa è situata a 3 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia di su Giudeu. È lontana dal traffico e dai rumori, molto tranquilla e riservata. Consigliatissima per chi voglia passare una vacanza in tranquillità e ad un tiro di schioppo da alcune delle spiagge più belle di tutta la Sardegna.

La casa è corrispondente alla descrizione, molto grande e con tanto spazio esterno. Ben arredata e con tanti comfort che non sempre si trovano in una casa-vacanza. Si trova nei pressi (1km) della bellissima spiaggia Su Giudeu e cmq in posizione favorevole a visitare le più belle spiagge della zona. La proprietaria è persona molto gentile e disponibile.

Tutto perfetto!
Abbiamo soggiornato solo per due notti, purtroppo... Barbara è stata disponibilissima fin dalla prenotazione. Ci ha permesso di anticipare il check-in e di lasciare l'appartamento ben oltre l'orario previsto per il check-out. Ottimo viaggiando con una bimba di 9 mesi e con un bimbo di 3 anni! Disponibile anche un lettino da campeggio per la piccola! La casa, raggiungibile dopo aver percorso un tratto di strada "sterrata", è grandissima e molto confortevole, fornita di tutto il necessario. Perfettamente pulita e vicina alle principali spiagge (Sa Giudeu a meno di 5 minuti, con parcheggio gratis per gli ospiti di Barbara). Struttura assolutamente consigliata!

Barbara e stata molto gentile e disponibile , ci ha permesso di arrivare in anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in; casa confortevole,posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima alle spiagge più belle della zona, Possibilità di lasciare auto al loro parcheggio nella spiaggia SuGiudeu. La consiglierei.
