It has a large garden with a private pool and barbecue area with a large table to eat and relax. Private basketball and tennis court. It has 2 rooms with a double bed and a room with two single beds. All rooms open onto a large 100 m2 balcony. Spacious living room with dining table and TV. Large kitchen with all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker. Ease of parking outside.
