Great property felt really historic the decor was very nice and the room was huge. The best part though is the parking really really understated how important that is in Savannah.

Location was centralized and close enough to have an easy walk to anything you could want to see in the historic district of Savannah! You can hear a lot outside of the apartment, but I’d highly recommend for the price and the location!

Historic Charm, Modern Comfort, and a Perfect Savannah Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an outstanding stay at the Byrd Baldwin House in Savannah, GA! The location is fantastic—centrally located and within easy walking distance of many of Savannah’s major attractions, restaurants, and historic sites. What really makes this property special is the way it beautifully marries the charm, character, and style of yesteryear with the modern conveniences of today. The layout is wonderful, and the accommodations made for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our only constructive feedback would be regarding the televisions. They are a bit undersized for the rooms and can be difficult to see from the available seating areas.Overall, we highly recommend the Byrd Baldwin House to anyone visiting Savannah. It’s a wonderful place to stay and a great way to experience the charm of this beautiful city!

The house was beautiful and immaculate. We didn’t rent a car, but it was very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is a little bit of road noise, but not too much. Definitely recommend!

Awesome location to walk to a lot of interesting places, everything you could want is within walking distance. Having off street parking is great. Everything was clean and in order, bring ear plugs if you’re not used to traffic!

Thank you for staying at Lucky Savannah and for the four‑star review. I’m glad the location, off‑street parking, and cleanliness worked well for your stay. Sorry the traffic noise was an issue — we’ll add earplugs and a white‑noise machine/box fan to the home, review window treatments for better sound reduction, and update the listing so future guests know about street noise. Thanks for the feedback — we hope to host you again. - The Lucky Savannah Team

The house was amazing and we loved the history of it! It was very clean, in a good location, and came with its own parking space. The only thing that I could suggest that needed improvement was that we were left 2 towels and 1 washcloth each for a 4 night stay. We ended up purchasing a pack of washcloths from the dollar store so we didn’t have to do laundry every day though so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Such a beautiful city to visit!

Thank you for staying at Bird Baldwin House and for the thoughtful review. We're glad you enjoyed the history, cleanliness, location, and the dedicated parking space. I’m sorry the towel and washcloth count was low for a four-night stay — we’ll review our linen provisions and housekeeping checks to prevent that in the future. Appreciate you letting us know and we hope to host you again on your next visit to this beautiful city. - The Lucky Team

Great place and location, although next to a coffee shop and Liberty St can get a little busy, so there can be some street noise but not too bad. Host very responsive.
